The present invention is a banner support assembly for mounting to poles of any surface or shape. The banner support assembly includes a plurality of pole brackets abutting the outer surface of the pole which are demountably secured at preselected intervals around the pole with at least one band clamp received through band slots defined in each pole bracket. A ring is slideably received within a channel defined in each of the pole brackets such that the ring is free to rotate around the pole about a longitudinal axis of the pole.

This invention covers a display system which includes modular deployable display units, a stand, a power source, a data input device and a display support. Each unit includes a housing, a spool assembly, a flexible electronic display member, an electrical cable and a connecting system for connecting the units to the stand and to one another, in an end to end arrangement. The assembly is mounted within the housing and includes a spool having opposite ends, to which the spool is rotatably mounted. The flexible member includes LEDs for displaying a programmable message. The flexible member has an end coupled to the spool and is displaceable between a wound configuration where the member is wound onto the spool and an unwound configuration where the member is unwound from the spool. A free end of the member is coupled to the support for displaying the message.

A public utility marker assembly includes a water marker, a sewer marker, a gas maker, an electric marker and a communication marker that is each insertable into ground to mark the location of a respective an underground water line, underground sewer line, underground gas line, underground electric line or underground communication line. Each of the water marker, the sewer marker, the gas marker, the electric marker and the communication marker are comprised of a water soluble material. In this way each of the water marker, the sewer marker, the gas marker, the electric marker and the communication marker will decompose after a sufficient duration of time to protect the environment.

The landscape feature placement tool can comprise a first segment, a second segment pivotally coupled to the first segment, a third segment pivotally coupled to the second segment, a first indicator configured to indicate a first angle between the first segment and the second segment, and a second indicator configured to indicate a second angle between the second segment and the third segment. The first, second, and/or third segments are selectively positioned relative to a reference and the first and/or second angles are selected to determine a location for placement of a landscape feature relative to the reference.
