A digital signage system displays a plurality of sets of electronic content on a touch panel display so as to be selectable. The system sets a session for accepting the selection of content, accepts the selection of content by the user, and temporarily holds the information about the content selected by the user during the session. After the selection of content, the system creates access information for collectively accessing the held content, issues a two-dimensional code that is based on the access information and can be read using the user's mobile terminal, and displays the two-dimensional code on the touch panel display.

The invention is a telephonic app which permits the user to place and remove advertising signs using specialized geographic algorithms, which place optimal positions for the sign to be placed at. The sign is to be placed for a specific time period, once the time period is reached, it is to be removed. Geo-tracking devices are placed on the signs permitting the location for placement and removal to be performed by a contractor. Although the invention was initially designed for the Realty industry, any signage which is time sensitive could benefit from this invention.

The method includes: generating a prediction of the occupancy level of the vehicle with regard to the resulting situation in the vehicle after disembarking at each stop; distributing of the passengers which are moving to the entry area and/or waiting in the entry area ready for embarking corresponding to the prediction to the area of the doors for an approximately uniform distribution of the passengers inside the vehicle; and if applicable, distribution of the passengers inside the vehicle under consideration of the predicted, preferably section-wise occupancy level and of the passengers actually ready for embarking.
