Cooper river dive spike—a multi-functional dive tool
The present invention is a multi-functional dive tool designed for use by underwater or scuba divers, in particular divers that do so in rivers. The tool is a handheld metal spike designed to be utilized as a personal anchor or stabilizer when diving in water subject to strong currents. The tool has a pointed end to assist in pushing the spike into the river, ocean or lake bed. Unlike the prior art, the dive spike is constructed of materials with sufficient strength and weight that it can anchor the diver. The tool may also be used for a stand for cameras or lights, an anchor or pivot point for search lines, or an animal deterrent among other uses.
Barrier material
A barrier material for a containment system comprising: a first portion of polymeric material having an open structure defined by a plurality of small openings to function as a fine screen, the first portion of polymeric material being formed from a plurality of fibrous materials and being configured to form a static structure having a display surface; and a second portion attached to a second surface of the first portion, the second portion having an open structure defined by a plurality openings to function as a reinforcing member for the first portion; wherein the display surface of the first portion is configured to receive and retain a printed image thereon.

Can Retaining Apparatus And Advertising Platform
A can retaining apparatus and advertising platform comprising a strip with an upper surface, a lower surface and a perimeter edge. The strip is preferably rectangular shaped and can be made of various materials including polyethylene terephthalate (PET), polyethylene terephthalate glycol (PET G), plastic, metal, wood, rubber, fabric, vinyl, cardboard or a composite. Located on the strip is at least one, and preferably multiple retaining members, configured as an arrow structure within an oval opening, and onto which a can is secured and captively held. Also, on the strip is at least one, and preferably multiple, advertising sections. Each advertising section is configured to display product or promotional information from a company or organization. The advertising sections are either printed on, or are a substrate attached by attachment means, such as adhesive. A scannable image on the strip allows information to be stored and transferred to a person using the apparatus and platform.

Article with overlay secured to bladder element over image and method of manufacturing the article
A method of manufacturing an article includes forming a fluid-filled bladder element from polymeric material. The method further includes securing an overlay to the polymeric material. At least one portion of the overlay is substantially transparent, and an image on one of the fluid-filled bladder element and the overlay is aligned with and exposed to view through the at least one portion of the overlay that is substantially transparent. The fluid-filled bladder element is assembled in the article so that a first portion of the fluid-filled bladder element and the image are exposed to view, and a second portion of the fluid-filled bladder element is blocked from view by the article. An article includes the fluid-filled bladder element with the image, and with the overlay secured to the fluid-filled bladder element.

AEROSOL PROVISION SYSTEM
A tactile indicator 200 for use in an aerosol provision system 300. The tactile indicator 200 may be supplied with a given aerosol provision system 1, or may be retrospectively used with, or attached to, an aerosol provision device 2. The tactile indicator 200 may be electrically operated, or may be mechanically operated and/or configured to remain stationary in use. The tactile indicator 200 may therefore facilitate the operation of an aerosol provision system 1, particularly to those users which have a visual impairment.
ELECTRONIC DISPLAY ASSEMBLIES WITH SOLAR PANELS
A display assembly includes electronic displays secured to a structural framework at an elevated position, the structural framework including one or more members and configured for attachment to a surface. Solar panels are secured to the structure framework at a location above the electronic displays, and bulk energy storage devices are secured to the structure framework and electrically connected with the electronic displays and the solar panels.
Electronic display assemblies with solar panels
A solar powered display assembly and systems and methods for the same are provided. An electronic display portion comprising an electronic display within a housing is secured to a structural framework at a position elevated above a ground surface. A solar energy harvesting device is connected to the structure framework at a position above, and spaced apart from, said electronic display portion, wherein said solar energy harvesting device is electrically connected to the electronic display portion. A bulk energy storage device is located below the electronic display portion. A footprint of the solar energy harvesting device is smaller than footprints for the electronic display portion and bulk energy storage device.
