PORTABLE GOAL-TRACKING DEVICE
A portable device includes a body, a media player in the body, and a first button, a first display device, and a second button on the body. The first button, when pressed by a user, causes the media player to play a motivation message for motivating the user to take an action towards a goal. The first display device is configured to display a number indicating a total number of performed actions or remaining actions towards the goal. The second button is configured to, when pressed by the user, change the total number of performed actions or remaining actions towards the goal and the number displayed by the first display device.

SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR CREATING AND MANIPULATING SYNTHETIC ENVIRONMENTS
Disclosed herein are systems, computer-implemented methods, and tangible computer-readable media for synthesizing a virtual window. The method includes receiving an environment feed, selecting video elements of the environment feed, displaying the selected video elements on a virtual window in a window casing, selecting non-video elements of the environment feed, and outputting the selected non-video elements coordinated with the displayed video elements. Environment feeds can include synthetic and natural elements. The method can further toggle the virtual window between displaying the selected elements and being transparent. The method can track user motion and adapt the displayed selected elements on the virtual window based on the tracked user motion. The method can further detect a user in close proximity to the virtual window, receive an interaction from the detected user, and adapt the displayed selected elements on the virtual window based on the received interaction.
DISPLAY APPARATUS
A display apparatus includes a display panel configured to display an image, a supporting member on a rear surface of the display panel and configured to support the display panel, a sound generating device on the rear surface of the display panel and configured to vibrate the display panel to generate sound, and a connection part configured to connect the supporting member to the sound generating device. The sound generating device includes a plate spaced apart from the supporting member, a frame outside the plate, a magnet and a center pole on the plate, a bobbin around the center pole, and a coil outside the bobbin. The connection part is between the supporting member and the frame.
DISPLAY APPARATUS
A display apparatus includes a display panel configured to display an image, a supporting member on a rear surface of the display panel and configured to support the display panel, a sound generating device on the rear surface of the display panel and configured to vibrate the display panel to generate sound, and a connection part configured to connect the supporting member to the sound generating device. The sound generating device includes a plate spaced apart from the supporting member, a frame outside the plate, a magnet and a center pole on the plate, a bobbin around the center pole, and a coil outside the bobbin. The connection part is between the supporting member and the frame.
Digital Display Grave Marker Apparatus
A digital display grave marker apparatus for seeing and hearing the deceased includes a marker body having a body front side, a body back side, a body left side, a body right side, a body top side, and a body bottom side. A display screen is coupled to the body front side. A CPU is coupled within the marker body and is in operational communication with the display screen. A wireless transceiver is coupled within the marker body and is in operational communication with the CPU to interface with personal electronic devices. A memory card is coupled within the marker body and is in operational communication with the CPU. A battery is coupled within the marker body and is in operational communication with the CPU. A solar panel is coupled to the marker body and is in operational communication with the battery.

A system and method for dynamically tracking and capturing content and displaying the content on public or semi-public non-personal digital displays. In exemplary embodiments, the content may include an urgent notification that is displayed within a slot of looped content with the manner in which the urgent notification is displayed depending on the level of urgency and attributes of the non-personal digital displays.
Product Showcase System
Systems disclosed herein are directed to a display fixture having a display surface, dynamic input blocks disposed along the display surface, and a display screen positioned on the display surface next to the dynamic input blocks. Each of the dynamic input blocks displays content associated with a product. In response to a user interaction with one of the dynamic input blocks, the display screen displays content related to the product associated with the one dynamic input block. The content and associated products displayed on the dynamic input blocks automatically change in response to an external input.

Light emitting displays can be used in cinemas for cinema presentations that integrate a sound system to achieve immersive conditions in cinema theatres. In an example, a theatre includes a viewer seating area, an active display, and one or more sound wave emitters. The active display includes light emitting elements configured to output, toward the viewer seating area, light representing a visual presentation. The one or more sound wave emitters can be positioned proximate to the viewer seating area. The one or more sound wave emitters are configured to output, toward the active display, sound waves corresponding to at least a portion of sound for the visual presentation. The active display can be positioned to reflect, toward the viewer seating area, the sound waves from the one or more sound wave emitters.
