A content reproduction system for reproducing content on a display device installed at a predetermined location in accordance with a predetermined reproduction schedule includes a user information acquiring circuit that acquires user information from a user terminal, a content acquiring circuit that acquires first content corresponding to the user information acquired by the user information acquiring circuit and a first reproduction schedule for reproducing the first content, and a display circuit that causes the user terminal to display the first content acquired by the content acquiring circuit, in accordance with the first reproduction schedule.

An information providing device includes a display unit configured to display information to a preset view area by emitting light, a detection unit, a first determination, a second determination unit, and a control unit configured to perform an operation control of the display unit. The display unit displays the information in a main display mode and a sub display mode having a less influence on a travelling of a nearby vehicle than the main display mode has. While the information is displayed in the main display mode, the control unit switches the main display mode to the sub display mode or stops an operation of the display unit when the first determination unit determines that the possibility of entry exceeds the threshold, or when the second determination unit determines that the nearby vehicle exists in the view area.

A system and method for displaying advertisements on utility poles is provided. In one aspect, the system allows users to generate revenue by placing advertisements on utility poles. The system generally comprises a display, display mount, processor operably connected to the display, power supply, and non-transitory computer-readable medium coupled to the processor and having instructions stored thereon. The user interface allows users to choose content that may be presented via the displays. Chosen content is transferred to the displays by the processor over a network. The displays may be grouped in ways that allow users to control multiple displays at once. Various permission levels may be used to limit which displays users have access too, allowing various degrees of control for each display of the system.

A flat-panel display device described herein includes a display screen; a display backplate; a chassis slidably arranged on the display backplate; a fixing support, a motion module arranged on the chassis, wherein the motion module includes a first telescopic assembly and a second telescopic assembly arranged on the fixing support; a first speaker arranged on the chassis; and a second speaker connected to the second telescopic assembly.
