Sending drive signals with an increased number of pulses to particular drive lines
Devices, methods and media relating to a touch sensor and touch-sensor controller. The touch sensor has a plurality of drive lines and sense lines for detecting touch of an object. The touch-sensor controller provides drive signals to particular drive lines within the plurality of drive lines of the touch sensor. In response to a detected touch, the touch-sensor controller sends a first set of drive signals to one or more drive lines within a touch window of the touch sensor and sends a second set of drive signals to one or more drive lines in at least one portion of the touch sensor outside the touch window. The first set of drive signals each have a first number of pulses. The second set of drive signals each have a second number of pulses. The first number of pulses is greater than the second number of pulses.

Minimizing and maximizing between landscape dual display and landscape single display
Methods and devices for minimizing and maximizing displayed output associated with applications are provided. More particularly, an application presented across two or more screens of a device in a landscape mode can be minimized to present portion of the application in one of the screens. With respect to a maximization operation received with respect to a page of an application results in the expansion of the displayed portion of the application to multiple screens of the device. Input to effect minimization and maximization operations can be entered in one or more gesture capture regions associated with the screens.

Desktop application manager: card dragging of dual screen cards
Methods and devices for selecting a card from an application stack, wherein the card represents a corresponding application that a user would like to make active or bring focus to. The selecting includes one or more of a dragging and a tapping action, with these actions being triggers for transitioning the device to an optional drag state or tapped state, respectively. Transitioning through this state executes the activating of a corresponding application or other action on the device to facilitate window/application/desktop management. The selecting further allows a user to specify which a touch screen (or portion hereof) on which a particular application should be launched.

A display device includes a display panel comprising a first substrate, a second substrate provided on the first substrate, and side electrodes provided on a side surface of the first substrate and a side surface of the second substrate aligned to the side surface of the first substrate; a driver unit comprising a circuit board, driving electrodes provided on the circuit board to face the side electrodes, and driving signal lines provided on the circuit board, the driving signal lines are connected to the driving electrodes, respectively; and an adhesive member provided between the side electrodes and the circuit board, the adhesive member comprising: a first adhesive portion configured to adhere and electrically connect a first driving electrode of the driving electrodes to a first side electrode of the side electrodes; and a second adhesive portion configured to adhere the circuit board to the first side electrode.

A device includes: a sensor component; and a touch panel comprising: touch-registration circuitry; a mesh comprising conductors, wherein at least some of the conductors are routed to a junction; and a flex circuit coupled between the junction and the touch-registration circuitry, wherein the flex circuit is longer than a distance between the junction and the touch-registration circuitry to accommodate routing of the flex circuit past the sensor component.

A flexible device includes a display portion including a flexible display and a support body. The support body includes at least one curved portion that includes a surface opposite from a laid surface of the flexible display, the surface being gently curved toward the laid surface of the flexible display, and that has an oval arc-shaped cross section. The flexible display is laid across the curved portion.
