DYNAMIC DISPLAY ARRANGEMENT
An apparatus, method, system, and program product are disclosed for dynamic display arrangement. One method includes receiving first information including one or more of location information corresponding to a first display of the multiple displays and information from an information handling device worn or held by a user. The method also includes receiving second information including one or more of location information corresponding to a second display of the multiple displays and context information corresponding to the first and second displays. The method includes determining an arrangement of the multiple displays based on the first and second information.
METHOD OF DETERMINING A TOUCH POSITION AND TOUCH PROJECTION SYSTEM USING THE METHOD
A method of determining a touch position and a touch projection system using the above-mentioned method are provided. The touch projection system has multiple interactive projection apparatuses. The method includes steps of: projecting each of the projection sub-images to a projection touch area, and forming a blending projection image having an overlap area; capturing the blending projection image within a viewing angle range of an image capture unit; providing a portion of information of a positioning pattern to each of the projection units, projecting each of the projection sub-images to the projection touch area, and capturing each of the projection sub-images having a portion of the positioning pattern, and forming a positioning image respectively; confirming a coordinate range of the overlap area located within the blending projection image according to each of the positioning images.
Content prioritization for a display array
Systems and methods for displaying prioritized content using a display array are described herein. In some embodiments, a display array may include two or more display devices, which may render content thereby. If an update or change to the content occurs, or if new content is requested, then that content may be assigned a higher priority level. A computing system may include a device management system that continually monitors the availability of the various display devices of the display array, and based on the content received by an applications management system of the computing system, determines which display device should render which content. For instance, an update to content displayed on a second display device may be caused to be displayed on a first display device in response to the device management system determining that the first display device is to be used for displaying high priority content.
System and method for controlling a display
A system includes circuitry configured to acquire image data captured by an electronic device, acquire content and display position information corresponding to the content based on an object detected in the image data, the display position information indicating a display position of the content in relation to the object, determine whether the content is capable of being displayed in a superimposed manner on the image data at the display position indicated by the display position information, and indicate an alert to be output by the electronic device when it is determined that the content is unable to be displayed at the position indicated by the display position information.
Multi-vision device
A multi-vision device can include a first display set configured to display a first split image of an entire image of content according to a progressive scanning method; a second display set disposed on a lower side of the first display set to display a second split image of the entire image; and a control unit configured to scan the second split image on the second display set according to a reverse-progressive scanning method, invert the scanned second split image vertically and display the inverted second split image on the second display set.
Vision protection method and systems thereof
A vision protection method is provided to ensure a viewer to rest his/her eyes after viewing on an electronic device for a certain period, wherein the eyesight protection method includes the steps of detecting at least one of eye activities of the viewer and working parameter of the electronic device in a working mode of the electronic device during the viewer is working on a current work displaying by the electronic device; switching the working mode of the electronic device to a resting mode when an abnormal eye activity of the viewer is detected; and switching the electronic device from the resting mode back to the working mode to resume the display of the current work of the electronic device. Therefore, the viewer is enforced to rest his/her eyes after every certain period.
Device for projecting an image
According to the present invention there is provided a projection device, which is configured to project an image which is co-operable with images projected by one or more other projection devices, wherein the projection device comprises a detector operable to detect characteristics of images projected on a display surface by the projection device and one or more other projection devices, and a controller operable to adjust the projection device and/or to adjust one or more of the other projection devices, based on the characteristics of the images detected by the detector, such that the images projected by each projection device co-operate on the display surfaces.
Interactive synchronized multi-screen display
Systems and method for displaying interactive content. The systems and method include a host device configured to receive register commands from a plurality of client devices, the register commands including arrangement information of the plurality of client devices. The host device registers the plurality of client devices with the host device. The host device is further configured to determine a position for each of the plurality of client devices based on the arrangement information, and transmit display instructions to the plurality of client devices to start display of respective portions of a whole presentation corresponding to the position of the client devices in a synchronized fashion.
Display apparatus for video wall and operation method thereof
A display apparatus that is suitable for a video wall and an operation method thereof are provided. The display apparatus includes a display panel, a memory circuit and a video processing circuit. The memory circuit is used for storing extended display identification data (EDID), and resolution information of the EDID may affect a resolution of a video frame signal of a video source. The video processing circuit transmits the video frame signal to a video output connector. Based on a video wall configuration parameter, the video processing circuit captures part or all of pixel data in the video frame signal to obtain a captured frame, and displays the captured frame on the display panel. Based on the video wall configuration parameter, the video processing circuit can adaptively change the resolution information of the EDID stored in the memory circuit.
METHOD AND SYSTEM FOR MANAGING AUTHORITY TO CONTROL DIGITAL SIGNAGE, AND NON-TRANSITORY COMPUTER-REDABLE RECORDING MEDIUM THEREFOR
A method of managing a control authority over a digital signage includes, if a search request for a digital signage is received from a first user device, providing, to the first user device, information upon at least one digital signage over which the first user device is capable of making a request to have a control authority; and if a request for a control authority over a first digital signage is received from the first user device, determining the control authority over the first digital signage to be assigned to the first user device with reference to context information regarding at least one of the first user device, a user account related to the first user device and the first digital signage.
