Mobile terminal, image display device and user interface provision method using the same
A digital television includes: a display; a tuner; a wireless network interface to transmit data to a mobile terminal and receive audio information and screen; and a controller. The controller is configured to control a signal processor to decode the video signal and the screen information, control the display to display first image corresponding to the decoded video signal with second image corresponding to the decoded screen information, the second image corresponding to an image displayed on the mobile terminal, and receive a command from a remote controller. The controller is also configured to control the signal processor to process the audio signal and the audio information and to output the processed audio signal or the processed audio information to an audio output unit, and to control the signal processor to change the second image's size or position depending on the at least one command received from the remote controller.
Electronic device, image display method, program, and display system
A convenient electronic device or the like is provided. The power consumption of an electronic device or the like is reduced. An electronic device or the like having high visibility regardless of the brightness of external light is provided. An electronic device or the like that can display both a smooth moving image and an eye-friendly still image is provided. Such an electronic device is an electronic device including a first display portion, a second display portion, and a control portion. The control portion is configured to make the first display portion and the second display portion individually display two or more of a first image, a second image, and a third image at a time. The first image is displayed with reflected light, the second image is displayed with emitted light, and the third image is displayed with light including both reflected light and emitted light.
Modular display apparatus and method for controlling thereof
A modular display apparatus may include a docking station having a plurality of spaces; a plurality of back plates provided in the plurality of spaces; a plurality of power boards provided on the plurality of back plates, each power board of the plurality of power boards including an interface including a plurality of pins; a plurality of display apparatuses connected to the interfaces of the plurality of power boards and mounted in the plurality of spaces; and a processor.
INSTRUCTION COLOR BOOK PAINTING FOR DUAL-SCREEN DEVICES
A dual-screen computing device includes two separate displays that are coupled to an interconnecting hinge. A hinge detector detects movement or position of the hinge, and the positions of the displays may be determined based on the hinge movement or position. The positions of the displays relative to each other may then be used to determine which mode of operation the dual-screen computing device is operating (e.g., tent mode, open, closed, etc.). Additionally, the dual-screen computing device may include various sensors that detect different environmental, orientation, location, and device-specific information. Applications are configured to operate differently based on the mode of operation and, optionally, the sensor data detected by the sensors.
Display device array
Systems and methods are provided that allow a display device array to be used to present content to one or more users. In particular, a user associated with a first user device, may opt to present content on a plurality of other devices. The plurality of other devices may be arranged in any desired configuration, and the first user device can capture the arrangement. Upon capturing the arrangement, content, under the control of the first user device, may be presented on the plurality of other devices in accordance with the arrangement.
Wireless content delivery for a tiled LED display
An active display (102) can be used in a theatre environment (100) in which content to be displayed by the active display (102) can be delivered wirelessly using emitters (118). The active display (102) can include tiles (104a-104d) with detectors (106a-106d) that can detect the wireless signals. The active display (102) can include circuitry that can interpret instructions from the wireless signals for controlling the output (108a-108d) of pixels on the tiles.
VIRTUAL PLAYOUT SCREEN FOR VISUAL MEDIA USING ARRANGEMENT OF MOBILE ELECTRONIC DEVICES
A mobile electronic device (MD) operates with an arrangement of MDs to provide a virtual playout screen for visual media. A movement sensor senses movement of the MD. Processor operations include generating a movement vector identifying direction and distance that the MD has been moved from a reference location to a playout location where it will form a component of the virtual playout screen, based on tracking movement indicated by the movement sensor while being moved. The operations provide the movement vector to a media splitting module that determines how to split the visual media into a set of cropped portions for display on assigned ones of the MDs based on the movement vector. The operations obtain a cropped portion of the visual media that has been assigned by the media splitting module to the MD, and display the cropped portion of the visual media on a display device.
CAPTURING AND RESTORING DISPLAY CONTENT FROM MULTIPLE DISPLAY DEVICES
Capturing and restoring display content from multiple display devices, including: receiving a request to create a profile associated with one or more display devices; capturing, from the one or more display devices, information describing windows displayed on each of the display devices; associating the captured information with the profile; receiving a request to restore display content associated with a particular profile; and creating, on the one or more display devices, one or more windows using the information describing windows displayed on each of the display devices.
METHOD OF USING AN INTEGRATED SPORTS WAGERING SYSTEM
The present disclosure provides a method of using an integrated sports wagering system by collecting sensor data available at a sporting event by a server or network located at the sporting event, allowing a user to receive the sensor data by determining the geolocation of the user to be at the sporting event, sending the sensor data to the user to allow the user to use the sensor data as additional information to make more informed wagering decisions.
Focus change dismisses virtual keyboard on a multiple screen device
Methods and devices for providing a virtual keyboard in connection with a multiple screen device are provided. More particularly, information displayed on the screen of a multiple screen device having a current focus of the user is identified, and is presented by a top screen. The virtual keyboard is presented by the bottom screen. The virtual keyboard can be dismissed in response to detecting a change in the focus of the user.
