The information processing method is applied to an electrical device having at least a processing unit, the electrical device has a plurality of usage modes and further includes a plurality of sensing units. The method includes acquiring, by the processing unit, data collected by the plurality of the sensing units; judging whether the electrical device is in a first usage mode according to the acquired data collected by the plurality of the sensing units; wherein the first usage mode is one of the plurality of the usage modes. With the present method, objects of integrating a plurality of usage modes into one electrical device and judging a usage mode corresponding to a current application scene efficiently are realized.

EXTENDED VIEWPORT USING MOBILE DISPLAY AGGREGATION TO ACCESS EXTRA MEDIA CONTENT
Aspects of the subject disclosure may include, for example, identifying a media content item having first and second portions adapted for presentation according to first and second viewports that facilitate access to an extended portion of the media content item otherwise inaccessible via the first viewport. First and second display devices are associated together, configuration parameters are determined, and a viewport configuration is identified for the first and second viewports according to the configuration parameters. The first and second portions of the media content items are received by the first and second display devices to facilitate first and second presentations of the first and second portions of the media content item. The first and second presentations, according to the viewport configuration, provide a collective display of the extended portion of the media content item. Other embodiments are disclosed.

A source touch display device includes a communication interface, a source touch sensor, and a controller. The communication interface is configured to communicatively couple the source touch display device with a target touch display device. The controller configured to receive, via the source touch sensor, touch inputs from an active input device, determine that the active input device will likely move from the source touch sensor to a target touch sensor of the neighboring target display device based on the touch inputs, send, via the communication interface, active input device pairing information to the target touch display device, receive, via the communication interface, target touch display device pairing information from the target touch display device, and send the target touch display device pairing information to the active input device to effect a pairing between the active input device and the target touch display device.

Methods, non-transitory computer readable media, and collaborative computing apparatus that establish a collaborative session for visualizing and interacting with a three-dimensional object in a collaborative augmented reality environment between two or more of a plurality of computing devices. Position and orientation information of each of the two or more of the plurality of computing devices is obtained. An interaction instruction with respect to the three-dimensional object from a first of the two or more of the plurality of computing devices is received. Instructions for adjusting visualization of the three-dimensional object on each of the other of the two or more of the plurality of computing devices are determined and provided based on the received interaction instruction and the obtained position and orientation information of each of the two or more of the plurality of computing devices.
MULTI-DISPLAY DEVICE
A multi-display device includes a plurality of displays that are connected through a network to enable the plurality of displays to communicate with each other. In the multi-display device, the respective displays decode the same video content item transmitted to the respective displays, identify respective desired areas based on arrangements of the respective displays in the multi-display device, and display respective images located in the identified areas in the same timing.

Methods and systems are provided herein for a media guidance application for determining a region near a user device for displaying supplemental content during presentation of a media asset on the user device. Traditionally, there is only a single display of content in the room for the user. This system determines where in the area around the user device to display the supplemental content to ensure an immersive viewing experience. Doing so requires monitoring of the area around the user device, determining which regions are available for the display of the supplemental content, and determining which supplemental content to display in which regions around the user device.
Method for image processing of image data for varying image quality levels on a two-dimensional display wall
A captured scene captured of a live action scene while a display wall is positioned to be part of the live action scene may be processed. To perform the processing, image data of the live action scene having a live actor and the display wall displaying a first rendering of a precursor image is received. Further, precursor metadata for the precursor image displayed on the display wall and display wall metadata for the display wall is determined. An image matte is accessed, where the image matte indicates a first portion associated with the live actor and a second portion associated with the precursor image on the display wall Image quality levels for display wall portions of the display wall in the image data is determined, and pixels associated with the display wall in the image data are adjusted to the image quality levels.

A display device included in a display system and a control method of the display device are provided. The display device includes a communication interface configured to receive an input image, an image processor configured to process an image of the input image to be displayed, a display configured to display the processed image, and a controller configured to control the display to display the processed image in a scanning direction that is opposite to a scanning direction of an adjacent display device that is disposed adjacent to the display device in the display system based on an arrangement position of the display device within the display system.
