This application provides a method and system for protecting software data in a display panel. The method includes the following steps: providing a display panel and a storage unit, where the storage unit is disposed on a drive board of the display panel and is configured to store a write protection information and a software data of a TCON; detecting, by an information detection unit in the TCON, a state of the write protection information; and when the state of the write protection information is a write protection invalid state, rejecting, by an MCU in the TCON, and reading the software data of the TCON.

Providing a native desktop using cloud-synchronized data

Methods, systems, computer-readable media, and apparatuses for providing a native desktop using cloud-synchronized data are presented. In some embodiments, a desktop management service provided by at least one computing device may selectively store data from a remote desktop. Subsequently, the desktop management service may synchronize the stored data with a cloud-based data storage platform. Thereafter, the desktop management service may cause a native desktop to be presented on a client device using the synchronized data. In some arrangements, the extracted, analyzed, and/or selectively stored data may include one or more application shortcuts, one or more documents, one or more registry keys, one or more personalization settings, or one or more layout settings. Additionally or alternatively, the remote desktop may be associated with a first operating system, and the native desktop may be associated with a second operating system different from the first operating system.

Virtual behavior training using augmented reality user devices

An augmented reality system that includes an augmented reality user device. The augmented reality user device includes display for overlaying virtual objects onto tangible objects in a real scene and a memory storing scenarios for a user. The augmented reality user device includes a processor implementing a virtual assessment engine and a virtual overlay engine. The virtual assessment engine identifies a user identifier for the user and executes a scenario for the user. The virtual assessment engine identifies actions performed by the user related to the scenario. The virtual assessment engine sends a token with the user identifier and user action information to a remote server and receives information for the user from the server. The virtual overlay engine presents the information as virtual objects overlaid with the real scene.

Some embodiments on the invention are directed to displaying and viewing secure digital contents on touch screen displays. In one embodiment, a digital content such as image, text, or video is displayed on a touch screen display. An obscured layer that prevents viewing of the content protects the digital content. The obscured layer can be temporarily removed by a finger stroke in any direction on the touch screen display. As the finger is moved on the screen the area underneath the stroke is cleared and the content is revealed. The cleared area is then obscured again after a predetermined amount of time. This novel method prevents saving the digital content by taking a screenshot.

Interface sharing method and terminal device

A first terminal device shares a first interface with a second terminal device. If the first terminal device obtains a notification message to trigger generation of a second interface, the first terminal device first determines whether the second interface belongs to a preset sharing-forbidden interface. If the second interface belongs to the preset sharing-forbidden interface, the first terminal device shares only the first interface with the second terminal device, or suspends interface sharing with the second terminal device.

Display method and display control apparatus

In this display method, an information processing apparatus converts, for each of plural display surfaces that are parts of an entire screen, a position and size of a window in a coordinate system of the entire screen into a position and size of the window in a coordinate system of the display surface according to arrangement of the plural display surfaces, and transmits, for each of the plural display surfaces, the position and the size of the window in the coordinate system of the display surface to a display control apparatus that has a display device that provides the display surface. And each of plural display control apparatuses receives contents data from a terminal, and displays an image rendered based on the received contents data according the received position and size of the window in the coordinate system of a display surface of the display control apparatus.

FACILITATION OF CONCURRENT CONSUMPTION OF MEDIA CONTENT BY MULTIPLE USERS USING SUPERIMPOSED ANIMATION

Embodiments of apparatus, computer-implemented methods, systems, devices, and computer-readable media are described herein for facilitation of concurrent consumption of media content by a first user of a first computing device and a second user of a second computing device. In various embodiments, facilitation may include superimposition of an animation of the second user over the media content presented on the first computing device, based on captured visual data of the second user received from the second computing device. In various embodiments, the animation may be visually emphasized on determination of the first user's interest in the second user. In various embodiments, facilitation may include conditional alteration of captured visual data of the first user based at least in part on whether the second user has been assigned a trusted status, and transmittal of the altered or unaltered visual data of the first user to the second computing device.

ENFORCING SECURE DISPLAY VIEW FOR TRUSTED TRANSACTIONS
