Control method for electronic device, electronic device, computer-readable storage medium
A control method for an electronic device, an electronic device and a computer-readable storage medium are provided. The electronic device includes a transparent display screen and an infrared sensor. The transparent display screen includes a display area. The infrared sensor is stacked below the display area. The infrared sensor is configured to emit infrared light and receive infrared light reflected by an object to detect a distance between the object and the electronic device. The control method includes: acquiring an ambient brightness of the electronic device when the infrared sensor is turned on; determining whether the ambient brightness is less than a preset brightness, and controlling the infrared sensor to operate at a first predetermined power in a case that the ambient brightness is less than the preset brightness. The first predetermined power is less than a rated power of the infrared sensor.
Systems and methods for secure display of data on computing devices
Disclosed herein are display techniques that will allow sensitive data displayed on a computer screen to only be viewed by authorized users and will render computer screen unreadable to unauthorized users. One or more display techniques are capable of automatically scrambling and unscrambling display screen of the computing device in which only an intended viewer is able to view data on the display screen using deciphering glasses.
METHOD FOR SPLIT-LEDGER INVENTORY AND ACTIVITY TRACKING
Aspects of the subject disclosure may include, for example, storing, in the memory a passed ledger, where the passed ledger includes data associated with characteristics of an object and wherein there is a one-to-one association between the passed ledger and the object. Some embodiments further include receiving, at a device including the processing system, information about a change to a characteristic of the object and writing to the passed ledger a block of data. The block of data is based on the change to the characteristic of the object. Some embodiments further include generating a hash of contents of the passed ledger, storing the hash of the contents of the passed ledger in a hash ledger and communicating, by the device, the hash of the contents of the passed ledger to a remote device. Other embodiments are disclosed.
Data Authorization Controlling and Matching System Capable of Customizing Data Accessing Authorization
A data authorization controlling and matching system includes a receiver, a plurality of display devices, and at least one transmitter. The receiver is used for receiving an image signal. The plurality of display devices are coupled to the receiver for displaying the image signal. The at least one transmitter is coupled to the receiver for outputting the image signal. After a member list saved in the receiver is configured, a data link between the receiver and the at least one transmitter is established. Hardware information of the at least one transmitter is saved in the receiver. The receiver automatically identifies the at least one transmitter according to the hardware information of the at least one transmitter. After the at least one transmitter is identified, the receiver sets authorization information of the at least one transmitter.
System and method to identify a serial display interface malfunction and provide remediation
A system includes a video generation circuit (102) to generate first graphics information, a display circuit (112) to display the graphics information, and a low voltage differential signaling (LVDS) (120) video interface to couple graphics information from the video generation circuit to the display circuit. The display circuit can determine that a first channel (204) of the LVDS video interface is corrupted. In response, the display circuit provides a remediation signal (205) to direct the video generation circuit (102) to operate in an alternative operating mode (208).
System for applying privacy settings in connection with creating, storing, distributing, and editing mixed-media collections using different recording parameters
A system for managing collections having multiple content types can include a screen data capture module to capture screen data in a window having a window privacy setting presented to a user on a display device, a mixed-media collection (MMC) managing module configured to manage an MMC incorporating the captured screen data, and an MMC storage module configured to store the MMC. The MMC managing module can alter the captured screen data based on the window privacy setting.
SERVICE GLASSES WITH SELECTIVE DATA PROVISION
Service for a machine such as a laboratory instrument can be facilitated by capture of images showing the field of view of a user of the machine, and modification of those images to remove confidential information. Modified images can then be provided to service technicians so that the service technicians can have visual information that would allow them to more effectively communicate and interact with the machines' users.
METHOD OF TRACKING SOURCE DISPLAY PANEL FROM WHICH ILLEGAL COPY OF IMAGE IS CAPTURED BY CAMERA AND ELECTRONIC APPARATUS FOR TRACKING ILLEGAL COPY OF IMAGE CAPTURED BY CAMERA FROM SOURCE DISPLAY PANEL OF ELECTRONIC APPARATUS
A method of tracking a source display panel from which an illegal copy of an image is captured by a camera is provided. The method includes generating a content image visible to human eyes using a visible light component integrated in an integrated light emitting source; generating a watermark image invisible to the human eyes in real time using an invisible light component integrated in the same integrated light emitting source; and simultaneously displaying the content image and the watermark image on the source display panel. Generating the watermark image includes generating an image of an identifier unique to the source display panel. The method further includes analyzing the image captured by the camera to extract the image of an identifier unique to the source display panel; and identifying the source display panel based on the identifier unique to the source display panel.
DIGITAL DÉCOR DEVICE
A system and method for providing image display, and more specifically, a system for providing a digital image for decorating a living or work space is disclosed.
UNIFIED DESKTOP TRIAD CONTROL USER INTERFACE FOR AN APPLICATION LAUNCHER
Methods and devices for selectively presenting a user interface or “desktop” across two devices are provided. More particularly, a unified desktop is presented across a device and a computer system that comprise a unified system. The unified desktop acts as a single user interface that presents data and receives user interaction in a seamless environment that emulates a personal computing environment. To function within the personal computing environment, the unified desktop includes a process for docking and undocking the device with the computer system. The unified desktop presents a new user interface to allow access to functions of the unified desktop.
