Broadcast reception device and video display method
A broadcast reception device receives a digital broadcast service capable of executing an application cooperating with a broadcast program, and is provided with: a broadcast reception unit which receives broadcast waves of the digital broadcast service; a separation unit which separates video information relating to the broadcast program and application-related information from the received broadcast waves; a broadcast video decoding unit which decodes the video information relating to the broadcast program; an application acquisition unit which acquires an application on the basis of location information included in the application-related information; an application execution unit which executes the acquired application and acquires additional data from a server device; a video conversion unit which converts broadcast program video decoded by the broadcast decoding unit into high-quality video having a higher quality than the video using the acquired additional data; and a display unit which is able to display the high-quality video.
Collaboration systems with managed screen sharing
Systems and methods for allowing an orchestrator to manage screen sharing in a meeting between multiple user devices are described. The orchestrator can use a master device to start a sharing session and select user devices to join as participant devices. The orchestrator can also select at least one receiver for receiving shared media. Participant devices are displayed on the master device. The orchestrator can then select a participant device to act as a source, and a receiver to receive the shared media from the source. The master device can contact a management server to cause the selected participant device to being sharing its screen on the receiver.
Relay device
A relay device includes: a case which holds a mobile terminal, the mobile terminal being attachable to and detachable from the case; a first interface to which the mobile terminal held in the case is connected; a second interface with which the external display device is connected; and a controller housed in the case. The controller includes: an obtainer which obtains a video signal and first notification information from the mobile terminal via the first interface; and a superimposer which superimposes second notification information on the video signal based on the first notification information, and outputs the video signal on which the second notification information is superimposed to the external display device via the second interface. The second notification information is obtained by at least one of deletion or replacement of at least a portion of the first notification information.
Wearable apparatus, anti-peeping display system and anti-peeping display method
A wearable apparatus, an anti-peeping display system and an anti-peeping display method are disclosed. The anti-peeping display system includes a display apparatus and a wearable apparatus, the display apparatus is configured to display infrared images, the wearable apparatus acquires the infrared images and converts the infrared images to original images, and the original images are visible images.
System and method for a secure display module
A system for a secure display module includes a display element array, a driver controller, a communication interface, a host controller and a cryptographic engine. The display element array includes one or more segments, and the driver outputs are configured to drive the one or more segments, respectively. The host controller is configured to send commands and data to the driver controller via the communication interface and the cryptographic engine is configured to encrypt communication data between the display element array and the host controller.
Facilitating efficient detection of patterns in graphics display streams prior to their display at computing devices
A mechanism is described for facilitating efficient detection of patterns in graphics display streams prior to their display at computing devices. A method of embodiments, as described herein, includes detecting a display stream from a display unit, wherein the display stream includes one or more frames, and analyzing a frame of the one or more frames, where the analysis and gathering logic is further to gather one or more observations relating to the frame. The method may further include polling for one or more patterns, where the polling and matching logic is further to match the one or more patterns with the one or more observations, and confirming a match between a pattern of the one or more patterns and an observation of the one or more observations, where the pattern includes a malicious pattern. The message may further include transmitting an alert relating to the pattern.
Unified desktop triad control user interface for an application launcher
Methods and devices for selectively presenting a user interface or “desktop” across two devices are provided. More particularly, a unified desktop is presented across a device and a computer system that comprise a unified system. The unified desktop acts as a single user interface that presents data and receives user interaction in a seamless environment that emulates a personal computing environment. To function within the personal computing environment, the unified desktop includes a process for docking and undocking the device with the computer system. The unified desktop presents a new user interface to allow access to functions of the unified desktop.
DISPLAY MODULE, AND DISPLAY METHOD AND TERMINAL THEREOF
The present disclosure provides a display module, and a display method and a terminal thereof, in the field of display technology. The display module includes a display panel and a control circuit; wherein the control circuit is configured to control a target region on the display panel to display a target image when the display panel is in an off-screen state, and the target region includes a fingerprint collection region. The present disclosure solves the problem that fingerprint collection operations on the terminal in the related art are complicated, and reliability is poor. The present disclosure is for fingerprint collection.
METHOD FOR THE MANIPULATION OF IMAGE DATA FOR A SCREEN
A method for manipulation of image data for a display screen that can be operated in two operating modes, viz B1 for a free viewing mode and B2 for a restricted viewing mode, comprising: a) switching on the operating mode B2, b) monitoring the eye position of a viewer in a given angular range A, with a signal S being set if the eye position signifies that the viewer is looking at the screen, and being deleted if not looking at the screen, c) manipulating the image data with regard to image parameters, wherein the said manipulation i) is performed to the effect that the quality of the restricted viewing mode B2 is enhanced, ii) is dynamically implemented in a control unit of the display screen, and iii) is performed exclusively while the signal S remains set, and d) repeating steps b) and c) until operating mode B2 concluded.
