PRIVACY RISK INFORMATION DISPLAY
20200134227 · 2020-04-30 ·

Example implementations are described that include displaying a graphical element related to privacy risk information for an application. A processor of a computing device may determine, for the application, a privacy attention score based on first privacy risk information. The processor may determine, for the application, an aggregated privacy assessment score from a plurality of privacy risk scores that are based on second privacy risk information. The processor may cause a graphical element representing a combination of the privacy attention score and the aggregated privacy assessment score to be displayed via a display device.

SECURE DATA DISPLAY

The method, computer program product and computer system may include computing device which may detect a first user within a defined area of a display device and the first user may have a first security level. The computing device may display data on the display device and the data may be associated with a security parameter defining a security level for viewing the data. The computing device may detect a second user within the defined area of the display device and the second user may have a second security level. The computing device may determine that the second security level of the second user does not meet the security parameter for viewing the data and redact the data in response to determining that the second user does not meet the security parameter for viewing the data.

A method for integrating an application into a flight deck includes receiving, by the flight deck, an identification of the application for integrating into the flight deck, wherein the application is running on a portable electronic device (PED) separate from the flight deck. The method also includes transmitting, by the flight deck, the identification of the application to the PED. The method additionally includes locating an application window corresponding to the application on a display of the PED and reading pixel data corresponding to the application window on the display of the PED. The method further includes transmitting the pixel data from the PED to the flight deck and integrating the application into the flight deck using the pixel data.

Method and apparatus for providing lock-screen

A method and an apparatus for providing a lock-screen are provided. The method includes turning off a display unit, configuring content for the lock-screen in response to the turning off of the display unit, receiving a user interaction, based on at least one button, turning on the display unit in response to the user interaction, and displaying the lock-screen that is changed based on the content configured to correspond to the user interaction when the display unit is turned on.

PORTABLE TERMINAL, AND CONTROL METHOD

There is provided a portable terminal that combines a function of physically protecting the screen, a function of protecting privacy of display on the screen, and a function of making the screen viewable when required. A screen drawing process unit decreases viewability of at least a portion of the screen if it is determined that a flip cover having a window region that faces a touch panel and that is translucent or transparent is superposed on a display surface of a smartphone.

Anti-peeping device, method of controlling the same and display device

Provided is an anti-peeping device including: a first substrate; a second substrate opposite to the first substrate; a liquid crystal layer between the first substrate and the second substrate; a plurality of first polarizers on the first substrate and being spaced apart from each other; and a second polarizer on the second substrate. Linearly polarized light emitted from the second polarizer is incident onto the plurality of first polarizers through liquid crystal molecules in at least a portion of the liquid crystal layer. The anti-peeping device is switched between a first state and a second state in response to a deflection state of the liquid crystal molecules, wherein the linearly polarized light passes though the plurality of first polarizers in the first state, and the linearly polarized light is blocked by the plurality of first polarizers in the second state.

Display control apparatus, display control method, and recording medium on which display control program is recorded

Provided is, for example, a display control apparatus that generates display information for specifying an event occurred in an information processing system easily. The display control apparatus comprising displays, on a display apparatus, information representing an information processing apparatus and information representing a device in accordance with a display mode of arranging the pieces of information around a first area, displays, on the display apparatus, information indicating that a communication is executed between a plurality of the information processing apparatuses in accordance with a display mode of linking information representing the plurality of information processing apparatuses inside the first area, and displays, on the display apparatus, information indicating that processing is executed between the information processing apparatus and the device in accordance with a display mode of linking information representing the information processing apparatus and information representing the device inside the first area.

PROTECTING DISPLAYED DATA BY ENCRYPTING PIXELS

A system for protecting displayed data by encrypting pixels can include a user interface, a communication interface, a processing circuit, and memory. The memory can have instructions stored therein that are executable by the processing circuit for causing the processing circuit to obtain an encryption key associated with an account. The processing circuit can further determine sensitive data that is associated with the account and an array of pixels that is usable to display the sensitive data. The processing circuit can further encrypt the array of pixels based on the encryption key associated with the account to generate an encrypted array of pixels. The processing circuit can further display, via the user interface, the encrypted array of pixels. A displayed version of the encrypted array of pixels being decryptable using the encryption key to determine the sensitive data by a remote device associated with the account.

PROJECT CONTENT FROM FLEXIBLE DISPLAY TOUCH DEVICE TO ELIMINATE OBSTRUCTION CREATED BY FINGER

A method is provided. The method may include displaying content on a touch screen of the computing device, wherein the touch screen comprises a flexible touch screen display, detecting an obstruction of the content on one or more areas of the touch screen, wherein a user's view of the content is obstructed by the obstruction, determining obstructed content in the areas based on the detected obstruction, and determining a display configuration for a portion of the obstructed content. The method may further include detecting a deformed condition of the touch screen in which the obstruction is positioned within a display angle of the image projection device, rendering display content for concurrent display with unobstructed content of the touch screen, wherein the rendered display content corresponds to the obstructed content, and projecting the rendered display content onto the obstruction for viewing in superposition within a user's field of view.
