DISPLAY APPARATUS, DISPLAY SYSTEM, CONTROL METHOD OF DISPLAY APPARATUS, AND CONTROL METHOD OF DISPLAY SYSTEM
A display apparatus includes: a first connection unit that establishes a communication connection with a first electronic apparatus when receiving valid authentication information from the first electronic apparatus; an inquiry unit that executes an inquiry for a communication connection with a second electronic apparatus to the first electronic apparatus when receiving a request related to communication from the second electronic apparatus in a state in which the communication connection with the first electronic apparatus is established; and a second connection unit that establishes the communication connection with the second electronic apparatus when a response to the inquiry indicates permission for the communication connection with the second electronic apparatus.
Mobile terminal having display screen and communication system thereof for unlocking connected devices using an operation pattern
The present invention relates to a mobile terminal, which can sense a touch input in which a touch screen is tapped while the touch screen is in an inactivated state, and a communication system thereof, and provides a mobile terminal comprising: a wireless communication unit for transmitting and receiving data to/from an external terminal positioned within a predetermined distance; a touch screen converted, to another state, from one of an activated state in which the light is on and an inactivated state in which the light is off, and formed so as to sense a touch input; and a control unit for sensing, by using the touch screen, a plurality of touch inputs to be applied to the touch screen, which is in the inactivated state, unlocking a locking state when the sensed touch inputs are matched with a preset pattern, converting the touch screen, which is in the inactivated state, into the activated state, and transmitting, to the external terminal, an unlocking command formed so as to unlock the locking state of the external terminal, wherein the external terminal unlocks the locking state by responding to the unlocking command, and displays preset screen information on a display unit provided in the external terminal.
METHOD FOR SECURE UPDATING OF A STATIC STATE DISPLAY BY AN UPDATING DEVICE AND SYSTEM COMPRISING THE STATIC STATE DISPLAY AND THE UPDATING DEVICE
A method for secure updating of a static state display, the method comprising: sending (102) data from an updating device (400) to the static state display (300), wherein the data comprises a security key and update data pertaining to an update (302) to be displayed by the static state display (300); authenticating (104) the data sent by the updating device (400) at the static state display by comparing the security key with one or more reference security keys stored in a database accessible by the static state display (300); and upon successful authentication updating (106) the static state display (400) with the update (302). A system (200) comprising a static state display (300) and an updating device (400) is further provided.
PROTOCOL FOR HIGH INTEGRITY PERSONAL ELECTRONIC DEVICE APPLICATIONS
A method for verifying the integrity, continuity, and availability (ICA) of information displayed on an uncertified display is provided. The method comprises creating, on the high integrity device, application data for display on an uncertified display device; transmitting the application data to the uncertified display device for display; receiving, at the high integrity device from the uncertified display device, a captured image of the display captured using a screen capture feature on the uncertified display device; determining, at the high integrity device, an expected display image; comparing, at the high integrity device, the captured image of the display to the expected display image; identifying, at the high integrity device, a loss of ICA if one or more frames in the captured image fails the comparison with the expected display image; and causing the annunciation of a message indicating the loss of ICA when a loss of ICA is identified.
CIRCUIT DEVICE, DISPLAY CONTROL SYSTEM, ELECTRONIC APPARATUS, AND MOBILE UNIT
A circuit device 100 includes an interface circuit 160 that receives image data and information for image check and a processing circuit 105 that performs image check processing. The information for image check includes information for designating an image check method for a region to be subjected to image check and position information of the region to be subjected to image check. The processing circuit 105 performs the image check processing on the image data of the region to be subjected to image check specified by the position information, using the image check method designated by the designation information.
HEAD-MOUNTED DISPLAY DEVICE AND DISPLAY SYSTEM
A head-mounted display device includes a mounting portion configured to be attached to a head of a user, an image display unit disposed in the mounting portion and configured to display an image to be visually recognized by the user, a state detection unit configured to detect a first state in which the mounting portion is attached to the head and a second state in which the mounting portion is detached from the head, and a display control unit configured to cause the image display unit to stop displaying an image when the state detection unit detects the second state.
UNIFIED DESKTOP TRIAD CONTROL USER INTERFACE FOR AN APPLICATION LAUNCHER
Methods and devices for selectively presenting a user interface or desktop across two devices are provided. More particularly, a unified desktop is presented across a device and a computer system that comprise a unified system. The unified desktop acts as a single user interface that presents data and receives user interaction in a seamless environment that emulates a personal computing environment. To function within the personal computing environment, the unified desktop includes a process for docking and undocking the device with the computer system. The unified desktop presents a new user interface to allow access to functions of the unified desktop.
METHOD AND SYSTEM OF PARTIALLY PROJECTING A COMPUTER SCREEN
A method of partially projecting a computer screen includes electrically connecting a computer to a single projector; opening a window on a display area of the computer screen, and dividing the window into a first area and a second area, wherein the first area defines a projection area and the second area defines a non-projection area; and transmitting only image signals corresponding to the projection area to the projector.
