SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR MODIFYING DISPLAY CONTENT TO OBSCURE SCREEN CAPTURE
A system and method for obscuring content from screen capture by a user device comprises accessing a content item. The system and method further comprise generating modified content item comprising a set of frames based on the content item, the set of frames comprising: a first frame comprising a modified version of the content item, and a second frame comprising a solid color. The system and method further comprise causing display of the modified content item by the user device. The causing of the display comprises causing the user device to alternate between displaying the first frame and the second frame.
Input system
An input system is provided which is capable of mitigating certain inconveniences that may arise due to data processing performed by a host processor. The input system includes a first signal path, a second signal path, and a switch section. The first signal path is used for transmitting a signal from a sensor controller to a display controller through the host processor. The second signal path is used for transmitting a signal from the sensor controller to the display controller without passing the signal through the host processor. The switch section is configured to be able to switch between the first signal path and the second signal path.
Display Method and Electronic Device
This application provides a display method and an electronic device. The method includes: The electronic device may generate a transition animation of the electronic device based on a user selection and a video stored in the electronic device.
DISPLAY PANEL AND DISPLAY APPARATUS
A display panel includes a display area including a first area in which first subpixels are disposed and a second area in which second subpixels are disposed, wherein each of the first and second subpixels includes a first light emitting element driven through a first light emitting control transistor, a second light emitting element driven through a second light emitting control transistor, a first lens region disposed on the first light emitting element, and a second lens region disposed on the second light emitting element, wherein the first lens region and the second lens region control a viewing angle in a first direction to be different, the first light emitting control transistor of the first subpixel is controlled by a first light emitting control signal, the second light emitting control transistor of the first subpixel is controlled by a second light emitting control signal, the first light emitting control transistor of the second subpixel is controlled by a third light emitting control signal, and the second light emitting control transistor of the second subpixel is controlled by a fourth light emitting control signal.
Protecting documents with security overlays
A method and system of augmenting display content in a graphical user interface environment. Content produced by a graphical user interface is augmented with additional content before the content is displayed. In an example, a security marker may be rendered on top of an existing display content using the method described to protect high-value or sensitive information.
Intelligent display of content
Systems and methods for intelligent display of content are disclosed herein. According to one illustrative method, a computing device camera captures an image of a face. The control circuitry determines, based on the captured image, whether at least a portion of the face is directed toward a computing device display. The control circuitry retrieves, from a memory, a rule specifying criteria for determining whether to block or permit presentation of content based on whether one or more faces are directed toward the display. The control circuitry determines, based on the rule and whether at least a portion of the face is directed toward the display, whether to block or permit the presentation of the content, and blocks or permits the presentation of the content via the computing device based on a result of the determining.
Vehicle device, drawing requests using priority queues, and vehicle device control method
According to an embodiment, a vehicle device where drawing is executed by a plurality of applications includes a GPU that executes drawing based on a drawing request from the plurality of applications, a normal queue to which a drawing request for the GPU is input, and a priority queue to which a drawing request of preferentially executing processing over the normal queue is input. The GPU is configured to process the drawing request input to the normal queue in a round-robin fashion while preferentially processing the drawing request input to the priority queue.
Spatially and temporally dynamic illumination for fingerprint authentication
This document describes systems and techniques for spatially and temporally dynamic illumination for fingerprint authentication. In aspects, a method is disclosed that involves receiving user input at a display of an electronic device, initiating biometric authentication, and instructing a display-driver integrated circuit (DDIC) to implement a local high-brightness mode, which causes a predetermined portion of the display to increase in luminance to a target luminance for at least a first interval and a second interval. The DDIC is also instructed to cause a variable portion of the display to increase in luminance for the first interval and, at the expiration of the first interval, decrease luminance. During the first and/or second interval, an under-display fingerprint sensor captures one or more images. It is then determined, based on analysis of the one or more images, whether the user input is indicative of an authorized user.
Display Method and Electronic Device
This application provides a display method and an electronic device. The method includes: playing a first transition animation in normal order on a desktop on a display of the electronic device; and playing the first transition animation in reverse order on a screen offscreen after switching from the desktop to the screen off screen on the display of the electronic device. In this way, a transition animation can be applied to more scenarios to improve user experience.
PIXEL CIRCUIT, DISPLAY PANEL AND DISPLAY DEVICE INCLUDING THE SAME
A pixel circuit, a display panel and a display device including the same according to an exemplary embodiment are disclosed. The pixel circuit according to the exemplary embodiment includes a first light-emitting element, a second light-emitting element, a driving element configured to generate a driving current of each of the first and second light-emitting elements, a first switch element connected between a gate electrode of the driving element and a power line through which a reference voltage is applied and turned on in response to a first gate signal, a second switch element connected between the driving element and the first light-emitting element and turned on in response to a second gate signal, and a third switch element connected between the driving element and the second light-emitting element and turned on in response to a third gate signal, wherein the first light-emitting element emits light at a first viewing angle, and the second light-emitting element emits light at a second viewing angle smaller than the first viewing angle.
