Bass cajon and portable drum kit system incorporating same
A portable drum kit system is configured to be converted from a transport configuration to a drumming configuration. The drum kit system includes a cajon with a plurality of other drum components and a convertible storage container that converts to a seat when in a drumming configuration. The portable drum kit system is easy to transport in one trip, as all the components are coupled to, configured in or on, the convertible storage container that has a set of wheels and a handle. The portable drum kit eliminates the need for expensive and bulky drum covers, cymbal cases typically required for transportation of these components. The drum kit may include a snare drum, tom tom, hi-hat, cymbal and a tambourine. The cajon may be configured to produce only bass frequencies and may include high and mid tone sound absorbing material within the cajon.
Percussion instrument
Provided is a percussion instrument including a substantially cylindrical barrel and a weight fixed to the barrel. More specifically, a plurality of weights 5A to 5D may be provided on the inner circumferential surface of a shell 2 of a drum 1 (a percussion instrument). The weights 5A to 5D may be provided at positions where the weights 5A to 5D have four-fold rotational symmetry in the circumferential direction of the shell 2. The weights 5A to 5D may be each provided between lugs 3 that are provided adjacent to each other on the outer circumferential surface of the shell 2.

Beat recording pen
A beat recording pen for the recording and editing music and while serving as writing instrument. The device includes a retractable writing instrument disposed in an elongated shaft designed to house a power supply designed to provide electrical power to a transceiver that can transmit and receive digital signals to and from a connected mobile device or computer. The beat recording pen further includes an impact sensor that can detect an audio input signal of an impact event and convert the audio input signal into a digital signal. A micro-controller is disposed within the pen and can record the converted audio input signals detected by the impact sensor and interface with a software application installed on a connected mobile device or computer.
TIGHTENING STRUCTURE OF MUSICAL INSTRUMENT STAND
A tightening structure of a musical instrument stand includes stationary or immovable member and a movable member. The movable member includes a cylindrical shaft extending outward in an axial direction. One side of the immovable member has a recess. A bottom of the recess forms a semi-circular arc with a radius of curvature corresponding to that of the shaft. When the shaft is inserted into the recess it abuts against the bottom of the recess. The immovable member has a screw hole communicating with the recess. The screw hole is perpendicular to the axial direction of the cylindrical shaft. A fastening bolt is screwed into the screw hole. One end of the first fastening bolt is inserted into the recess and has a flared end portion to press against the shaft, and another end is connected with a handle. By rotating the handle, the flared end portion is drawn against the shaft, thereby rendering the movable member stationary.

AUGMENTED REALITY SYSTEM
An augmented reality system is provided, including a physical apparatus operable to change detectably by a human between a first state and a second state, and an augmented reality application. The physical apparatus includes a signal receiver for receiving a signal, and at least one controllable element operable to effect the change between the first state and the second state upon receiving the signal. The AR application, when executed by at least one processor of a computing device, the computing device having at least one camera and a display, cause the computing device to capture at least one image of the physical apparatus, generate a virtual reality object that is presented in the at least one image on the display, and transmit the signal to the physical apparatus to cause the at least one controllable element of the physical apparatus to switch between the first state and the second state.
Go Drum
A compact drum kit is provided. The drum kit has a body having a hollow interior cavity and a sound hole for transmitting sound wave from the interior cavity to exterior of the body, the body has a striking head and an opposing resonant head. The drum kit has a top plat attaching to a top side of the body and a platform attaching to a bottom side of the body. The drum kit has a shaft mounting bracket attaching to the top plat and a pivot shaft mounting bracket attaching to the top plat. A plurality of upward extending component mounting shafts are supported by one of the shaft mounting bracket and the pivot shaft mounting bracket. One or more percussion modules that attach to one or more of the plurality of component mounting shafts, wherein each percussion module produces a sound in response to being struck or scraped. A drum kick assembly is positioned on the striking head side of the body and including a beater positioned to strike the striking head of the body to produce a sound. A hi-hat pedal assembly is positioned on the resonant head side of the body.
