BASS CAJON AND PORTABLE DRUM KIT SYSTEM INCORPORATING SAME
A portable drum kit system is configured to be converted from a transport configuration to a drumming configuration. The drum kit system includes a cajon with a plurality of other drum components and a convertible storage container that converts to a seat when in a drumming configuration. The portable drum kit system is easy to transport in one trip, as all the components are coupled to, configured in or on, the convertible storage container that has a set of wheels and a handle. The portable drum kit eliminates the need for expensive and bulky drum covers, cymbal cases typically required for transportation of these components. The drum kit may include a snare drum, tom tom, hi-hat, cymbal and a tambourine. The cajon may be configured to produce only bass frequencies and may include high and mid tone sound absorbing material within the cajon.
Replacement heel pedestal device and system
A replacement heel pedestal system comprising: a top plate, which comprises a top portion, a bottom portion, and a screw receiving plate that is substantially contained between the bottom portion and the top portion. The top plate is configured to replace an original equipment heel plate. The top plate may be wider and more comfortable than the original heel plate. The system may further comprise one or more elevation plates that are configured to allow the system to matingly engage with the drum foot pedals of numerous types of drum and percussion kits.
Beat Recording Pen
A beat recording pen for the recording and editing music and while serving as writing instrument. The device includes a retractable writing instrument disposed in an elongated shaft designed to house a power supply designed to provide electrical power to a transceiver that can transmit and receive digital signals to and from a connected mobile device or computer. The beat recording pen further includes an impact sensor that can detect an audio input signal of an impact event and convert the audio input signal into a digital signal. A micro-controller is disposed within the pen and can record the converted audio input signals detected by the impact sensor and interface with a software application installed on a connected mobile device or computer.
Miniature interactive lighted electronic drum kit
A miniature interactive lighted electronic drum kit is provided. The kit includes a supporting base member, a drum set, and a cymbal set. The drum set cymbal set each includes at least one scaled miniature representation of a musical percussion instrument. The kit further includes one or more speakers, a plurality of light sources, which are mounted within or on the drum kit and base, and a microcontroller in operable communication with a power source, the one or more speakers, and/or a plurality of light sources. One or more switches is operably connected to the microcontroller, wherein actuation of the switches may cause them to initiate a sequence of electrical signals to activate the one or more figures and/or activate at least one of the plurality of lights. The one or more switches are attached to a miniature bass drum and cymbal stand pedals.
Cajon percussion instrument
A cajn percussion instrument includes a mallet mechanism and a pedal mechanism. The mallet mechanism has a first upright frame disposed on a first bottom plate. A first rotating member is insertedly connected to the first upright frame. The first rotating member is provided with a mallet. The pedal mechanism has a second upright frame disposed on a second bottom plate. A second rotating shaft is insertedly connected to the second upright frame. Two ends of a pedal are pivotally connected to the second bottom plate and the second rotating member, respectively. A fixing seat is provided on each of the first bottom plate and the second bottom plate. A sleeve is connected to the second fixing seat. The sleeve is configured to receive a cable therein. Two ends of the cable are connected to the first rotating member and the second rotating member, respectively.
Drum supporting leg and drum having the same
A supporting leg to support a drum includes a first rod, a second rod, and a third rod. A first angle-adjusting mechanism is provided between the first rod and the second rod to adjust a first angle between the first rod and the second rod. A second angle-adjusting mechanism is provided between the second rod and the third rod to adjust a second angle between the second rod and the third rod. The output sound of the drum can be adjusted by changing the first angle and the second angle.
DRUMSTICK
A drumstick including a first portion having a tip for striking a percussion instrument and a second portion separate from and mounted to the first portion. The second portion defines a space to house one or more functional components of the drumstick, and the second portion includes a substantially tubular outer wall defining the space therein.
PEDAL APPARATUS FOR PERCUSSION INSTRUMENT
A percussion instrument pedal apparatus includes a footboard and a transmission mechanism connectable to the footboard. A beater, which is mountable to a pivot shaft, strikes a bass drum in response to pivoting of the pivot shaft. The transmission mechanism includes two adjusting mechanisms for adjusting the motion characteristics of the footboard and for adjusting the footboard angle. The transmission mechanism can be interchanged with different types, such as a chain-drive transmission mechanism and a direct-drive transmission mechanism.
MODULAR PERCUSSION INSTRUMENT DEVICE AND METHOD
The embodiments disclose at least one modular percussion instrument configured for coupling two or more modular percussion instrument components into a single percussion instrument apparatus, wherein the two or more modular percussion instrument components include a beat tip, a tapered percussion instrument end, a rubber grommet retainer, a modular shaker section, a percussion instrument butt end, a felt mallet module, a plurality of steel shot, grouped rods, at least one grouped rods jacket, a butt end grouped rods cap and modular percussion instrument electronic devices and a modular percussion instrument application configured to create modular percussion instrument application connectivity to digital devices, wherein the at least one modular percussion instrument is configured for assisting a musician user to perform percussion instrumentals without having to physically switch equipment and as a teaching apparatus.
Musical instrument structures for permanent installation in an outdoor environment
A metallophone structure configured for permanent installation in an outdoor environment is provided. The metallophone structure comprises a mounting structure. The metallophone structure also comprises a set of tone producing devices each coupled to the mounting structure by a fastener, wherein each tone producing device is configured to, when actuated, produce a sound frequency. The tone producing device is coupled in a location, by the fastener, as to reduce the effect on the quality of sound produced. The metallophone structure also comprises a mallet cradle configured to receive a mallet. The mallet is configured to actuate one of the tone producing devices. The metallophone structure is configured to be weather resistant such that each tone producing device still produces the sound frequency after an outdoor exposure period.
