Harmonious scale instrument
The present invention relates to a musical instrument for producing a harmonious scale of musical notes. The instrument includes nine separate sound actuators each of which is configured to cause the musical instrument to generate a different frequency selected from the group of frequencies comprising 174 Hz, 285 Hz, 396 Hz, 417 Hz, 528 Hz, 639 Hz, 741 Hz, 852 Hz and 963 Hz, the musical instrument being configured such that physically manipulating the sound actuators causes the musical instrument to generate the frequency corresponding to the sound actuator manipulated. The invention is also directed at a system for—writing music to be played with a musical instrument incorporating the harmonious scale of musical notes as described above. The notation system includes a staff of five parallel and horizontal lines separated by four spaces, the first line indicating a first note of 174 Hz, the space immediately above the first line indicating a second note of 285 Hz, the second line indicating a third note of 396 Hz, the space immediately above the second line indicating a fourth note of 417 Hz, the third line indicating a fifth note of 528 Hz, the space immediately above the third line indicating a sixth note of 639 Hz, the fourth line indicating a seventh note of 741 Hz, the space immediately above the fourth line indicating an eighth of 852 Hz and the fifth line, indicating a ninth note of 963 Hz.
MUSICAL SCORE DISPLAY CONTROL METHOD, DEVICE AND PROGRAM
A musical score display control method, device and program which control a processor to acquire performance data being performed, sequentially acquire performance positions of a performance in a musical score data that represent a musical score based on the musical score data and the performance data, and display on a display a predetermined portion of the musical score data according to the current performance position. The processor also controls the display to display a next performance target portion of the musical score data upon determining that the current performance position has advanced beyond a first threshold position from a prior performance position at a point in time prior to the current performance position, and to display a previous performance target portion of the musical score data upon determining that the current performance position has returned beyond a second threshold position from the prior performance position.

MUSICAL SCORE DISPLAY CONTROL DEVICE AND METHOD
A musical score display device and method employing a controller that is configured to control a display to display a musical score and, with the musical score, a first time axis corresponding to a performance of the musical score in which at least one repeat part of the musical score is played during the performance, or a second time axis corresponding to the musical score including at least one repeat sign.

Adaptive layout of sheet music in coordination with detected audio
A device is configured to display electronic sheet music. The device may display electronic sheet music that can be magnified and displayed in sequence by reflowing electronic musical symbols between pages. In addition, the device may adaptively determine a layout based on user preferences, such as a desired magnification, an orientation of a device or the like, and may display a current location in the electronic sheet music based on user input, a remote trigger, a desired playback speed or by monitoring an audio input from a microphone and determining a current location in the electronic sheet music. For example, the device may detect a series of pitches and display the electronic sheet music based on a most recent pitch in the series of pitches.

VIBRATION SIGNAL GENERATION APPARATUS AND VIBRATION SIGNAL GENERATION METHOD
A derivation unit (240) determines, as a specified rhythm component of a musical piece, a rhythm component detected within a predetermined time range including a time of reception of tap timing information TAP and derives a first frequency band the spectrum intensity of which is equal to or greater than a predetermined value. The derivation unit (240) also determines, as an unspecified rhythm component, a rhythm component detected outside the predetermined time range including the time of reception of the tap timing information TAP and derives a second frequency band the spectrum intensity of which is equal to or greater than the predetermined value. Thereafter, a calculation unit (250) calculates a third frequency band, which is included in the first frequency band and which does not include the second frequency band, and then transmits, to a filter unit (260), a passed-frequency designation BPC that designates the third frequency band. The filter unit (260) then subjects a musical piece signal MUD to a filtering process using the designated frequencies as a signal pass band. Subsequently, a vibration signal generation unit (270) generates a vibration signal VIS on the basis of a signal FTD having passed through the filter unit (260).
Musical notation keyboard
The invention relates to the digital music writing being a digital musical notation symbols input tool. The invention is a keyboard specially dedicated for digital input of musical notation symbols. The keyboard is used for digital input of sheet music. The keyboard can be implemented as a physical device and shaped as combination of images in a touch screen. Every musical notation symbol shall be inputed with the keyboard control element specially dedicated for input of such symbol. Novelty of the invention is that the keyboard is a device specially dedicated for input of musical notation which does not require any accessories; all the musical notation symbols can be inputed using this keyboard only with the combination of two actions: indication of the symbol's location and the symbol itself; all the symbols shall be inputed as such, not by indication of their values; all the symbols which consist of elements, which have the values of their own shall be inputed by elements; the note heads, located vertically in different positions on the musical staff shall be considered as independent signs.
