Super strap button
A strap button for attaching a supporting strap to a musical instrument is disclosed. The strap button includes an inner flange, a lug, a retaining flange, and an outer flange, with the inner flange configured to directly or indirectly contact the musical instrument. The lug is adjacent to the inner flange on one end, and the retaining flange and the outer flange on the other end. The lug is configured to support a hole of a supporting strap between the outer flange and the musical instrument. The retaining flange serves as a barrier to the supporting strap from slipping off the lug.
FLEXIBLE STAND FOR STRINGED MUSICAL INSTRUMENTS
An apparatus for parking stringed musical instruments in an upright position is disclosed. The apparatus comprises of a flexible body wherein the front side of the flexible body has an adhesive that allows the apparatus to be removably attached to the lower end face of the stringed musical instrument. Furthermore, a combination of three/four legs are provided on the rear side of the flexible body. The combined support provided by the legs allow the stringed musical instrument attached on the apparatus to be parked in an upright position on the ground.
FLEXIBLE STAND FOR STRINGED MUSICAL INSTRUMENTS
An apparatus for parking stringed musical instruments in an upright position is disclosed. The apparatus comprises of a flexible body wherein the front side of the flexible body has an adhesive that allows the apparatus to be removably attached to the lower end face of the stringed musical instrument. Furthermore, a combination of three/four legs are provided on the rear side of the flexible body. The combined support provided by the legs allow the stringed musical instrument attached on the apparatus to be parked in an upright position on the ground.
Mute holder
A mute holder for a music stand includes a mute supporting plate having a plurality of mute supporting through holes for holding mutes, a non-continuous flat bottom edge, and a curved front edge forwardly extended from the flat bottom edge; a locking mechanism having a half-circular locking ring having one end attached on the flat bottom edge of the mute supporting plate and an opposite free end pivotably rotated with respect to the flat bottom edge of the mute supporting plate to lock the free end thereon and to release from the passes supporting plate; wherein the locking mechanism further includes a locking screw passing through the half-circular locking ring and to be biased against the music stand for locking thereon.
Violin/viola wearable support
The wearable support article contains a clamping mechanism, an orienting mechanism, and a support mechanism. These components are combined to support an instrument, such as a viola or violin, when is it being played by a musician. The clamping mechanism attaches the article to the instrument. The orienting mechanism attaches to the clamping mechanism, providing an orientation support platform upon which the clamping mechanism and thus the instrument will be held. The support mechanism of the entire wearable support article provides a loop that is worn by the musician while playing the instrument, and a peg or sleeve attached to the loop allows the instrument to be put up or down at will by the player during a performance.
NECK-MOUNTED STRINGED INSTRUMENT SUPPORT DEVICE
A portable neck-mounted stringed instrument support that facilitates support of the instrument against a variety of surfaces. The device consists of a clamping portion formed of a flexible material configured for mounting to a neck of the stringed musical instrument for rigidly holding the neck of the stringed musical instrument prior to placing the stringed musical instrument against a resting surface, the clamping portion including an annular space formed therein for housing the neck of the stringed musical instrument, and having a protruding ridge formed therein configured to prevent the neck or stringed musical instrument from twisting when housed in the annular space, and two or more support legs connected to a rear of the clamping portion for stabilizing the stringed musical instrument against the resting surface. In some instances the portable neck-mounted string instrument support comprises a guitar stand.
NECK-MOUNTED STRINGED INSTRUMENT SUPPORT DEVICE

Bass clarinet body strap
The Bass Clarinet Body Strap allows a bass clarinetist to attach their body to their bass clarinet and its loop attachment point on the instrument situated above the bass clarinet thumb rest. A wide strap has one end that goes in front of the player approximately at chest level, and extends over one shoulder, across the back, down around the other side of their body coming out below the other arm, and around the front of the player's body where the two wide strap ends meet. One end of the wide strap has a lace attached that is manually passed through an opening in the other end of the wide strap and is affixed to the closed loop of a hook. This hook is then affixed to the bass clarinet loop attachment point above the thumb rest. A buckle on the strap allows for size adjustment.
Guitar support pad and playing method
A guitar pad include a sheet of flexible material including a peripheral edge and a middle region extending entirely and continuously within the peripheral edge. The middle region includes surface area dimensions substantially greater than the thickness of the sheet, a first surface that is compressible, and a second surface which is at least partially conformably drapable over a portion of a guitar.
