Disclosed is a portable fluid sampling device comprising: a housing including a first portion removably attachable to a second portion, the first and second portions being configured to combine to form a chamber therein, the chamber being configured to at least temporarily contain or hold a biological sample therein, at least one of the first portion and the second portion including an inlet, the other of the first portion and the second portion including an outlet, wherein the device further comprises at least one of the following: a) one of the first portion and the second portion including an end having a projection, the other of the first portion and the second portion including an end having a groove, the groove being configured to receive at least a portion of the projection therein; or b) tamper evident means for indicating that the first portion of the housing has previously been separated from the second portion of the housing.

The article includes a liquid-permeable top sheet, an intermediate liquid-absorbent layer, a bottom sheet including at least one indicator and a liquid-impermeable backing layer. Each of the at least one externally visible indicator is coated or impregnated with at least one chemical reagent facing the liquid-absorbent layer. Each of the at least one chemical reagent is configured to undergo a change in color or shade from a plurality of different possible color or shade changes of the reagent upon contact with the discharged urine. Each color or shade is associated with a corresponding level of an analyzed component or with the presence or absence of the analyzed component and the change in color or shade of the at least one chemical reagent is externally visible on the indicator through the bottom sheet and the backing layer.

The needle arrangement (100, 1000, 1400) comprises: a needle sheath (104, 002, 1402), and a needle (202, 1102, 1406) comprising: an elongated portion and a sealing member (204, 1003, 1403) being arranged to a front end of the elongated portion. The needle arrangement is adapted to bet set in: a closed position, in which the sealing member (204, 1003, 1403) is arranged to abut at least a portion of a front end surface of the needle sheath (104, 1002, 1402) thereby restricting intrusion of foreign matter in an area between the needle sheath and the needle, and an open position, in which a gap (1204, 1506) is formed between the sealing member (204, 1003, 1403) and the front end surface of the needle sheath (104, 1002, 1402). Embodiments include needle arrangement for injection, for aspiration, and for biopsy purposes.
