A lightweight drum shell having two heads for a double-headed drum with a beater connected to an interior wall of the drum shell via a spring, and thus functions to provide a hand held shaker drum capable of producing complicated rhythms, such as varying frequency of beats, speed of beats, or meter especially when two bounce back drums are played together.

Kitty door knocker
20190048653 · 2019-02-14 ·

A door knocker for use by a cat for requesting entry into a house. This knocker comprises a mounting block attached to a door surface; a longitudinal spring having a first end mounted to the mounting block and a second end extending vertically downward from the first end. A hardwood ball is mounted to the second end. The ball is held at a knocking distance from the door surface. A string with loose frayed ends is attached to the second end of the spring near the ball. A cat coming near the door knocker is attracted to the string with frayed ends and instinctively starts to play with the string to operate the door knocker into a series of repetitive door knocks. The door knocker according to the present invention does not require any significant physical or mental effort from a cat.

A retractable multifunctional dog leash that contains an outer shell, a retractable rope in the outer shell, and a position limiting stopper at a front end of the retractable rope to prevent the retractable rope from completely retracting back into the outer shell. A roller device releasing and retracting the retractable rope is provided inside the outer shell; a sound generator is also provided on the outer shell to generate sound directly. The dog leash is easy to carry and use, and its retractable rope can be easily adjusted to extend and retract as desired

Noise generating clapper apparatus
09940917 · 2018-04-10 ·

A noise generating clapper apparatus includes a main body sheet having a plurality of foldable flaps, the plurality of flaps having a front flap attached to a rear flap along a first fold line and a joint flap attached to the rear flap along a second fold line, and a clapper member pivotably mounted to the joint flap. The joint flap folds along the second fold line and the front flap folds along the first fold line to enclose the clapper member between the front and rear flaps in a secured position. The main body sheet is maneuvered in a shaking motion to permit the clapper member to pivot between the front and rear flaps, thereby enabling the clapper member to generate noise upon contact with the first fold line of the main body sheet.

In one embodiment, a method for assembling a noise making device includes providing a hand-held tube structure with a first end including screw-on bottle threads about an opening. A first rod member is provided, having a first mass attached to a first end of the rod member. A support member is pivotally attached to a second end of the rod member, sized for attachment along the bottle threads with a bottle cap screwed thereon. The first rod member end and the mass are positioned within the tube structure. With the first end of the rod member and the mass positioned within the tube, the support structure is extended out of the tube to cross over the threads and be captured between the cap and the neck region as the cap is threaded about the opening.
