Attachment system with a connected article

An attachment system is formed by a primary device and a secondary device connected to the primary device in a pivoting manner. The primary device has a main body, two lateral sides and a bar for attaching the primary device to another object. Each of the lateral sides has a protrusion extending laterally outward from the lateral sides. The secondary device has two lateral sides, each equipped with an aperture that corresponds to one of the protrusions on the primary device, so that fitting the protrusions into the apertures pivotally connects the primary device to the secondary device, with the lateral sides of the secondary device being disposed outside of the lateral sides of the primary device. The secondary device can be pivoted between a folded position where the secondary device lies against the primary device, and an open position where the secondary device is raised up.

METHOD OF REMOTE CONTROLLING A LUMINOUS SIGNALLING SYSTEM IN THE COURSE OF SPORTS GAMES PLAYED BY ORALLY AND AURALLY CHALLENGED PLAYERS AND A SET OF ELECTRONIC DEVICES FOR APPLICATION OF THE METHOD

The subject of the invention is a method of remote controlling a luminous signalling system in the course of team game played by orally and aurally challenged players under the supervision of a referee or umpire equipped with whistle and a transmitting-receiving device. The essential idea of the invention consists in that the referee (16) overseeing the match played by two teams of orally and aurally challenged players or swimming competition participated by orally and aurally challenged competitors uses, in situations provided by rules of the played game, an electronic whistle (17) equipped with a transmitting device (18) by blowing air into mouthpiece (20) of the whistle. The air is supplied to the sensor (78) activating its rotor (79) generating signals at input of the microprocessor (82) of said transmitter activating this way its remote control transmitter (83), which via its transmitting antenna (84) sends binary radio signals received by receiving antenna (88) of the electronic receiving device (14) and sends them to its remote control receiver (87), as a results of which binary signals appear at its output. The signals are then analysed and decoded by the microprocessor (86) of said device powered from a power pack (91) and converted into an executive signal. The signal controls a relay (89) which switches on the luminous signalling system (85) of the receiving device (14) and automatically connects it to appropriate leads (13) feeding LEDs mounted in LED strips (12) which, together with the electronic receiving device (14), are installed on the sports court or pitch (1, 12, 25, 30, 35, 41, 47, 51, 57, or 66) or in a swimming pool (73) in locations decisive for determination whether the game is played in conformity to rules applicable to given sports discipline.

A set of two or more whistles. Each whistle of the set sounds differently from each other based on a different type of sound or a different value of a characteristic of sound common to whistles of the set. Sound characteristics may include but not limited to pitch, quality, loudness, and/or duration. Each whistle in the set may be different in appearance from each other in the set. Appearance characteristics may include but not limited to color, numbering, design, light up features, size, and/or shape. Alternatively, the whistles in a set may have a common appearance characteristic, but each whistle may have its own value of the common appearance characteristic. Additional element(s) such as lanyards or mouthpieces may be added to whistles of a set to distinguish them from each other. The set of whistles may be included in a kit having a box for removably storing the whistles.

Dual-chamber whistle

The dual-chamber whistle is a sound producing device that creates a first air flow, a second air flow and a third air flow within the dual-chamber whistle. The basic sound of the dual-chamber whistle is generated by a first turbulence created the interaction of the first air flow and the second air flow. The third air flow also interacts with both the first air flow and the second air flow to create a second turbulence. This second turbulence creates an additional sound called the oversound. While actual patterns of turbulences created in both the first turbulence and the second turbulence are essentially random, the human psychological response to the oversound is to interpret the oversound as an actual call for help. The dual-chamber whistle comprises an intake, an exhaust, and a router which creates a complex air flow.
