Drinking Container Convertible into a Whistling Device
20200297136 · 2020-09-24 ·

A drinking container configurable between a drinking configuration and a whistling configuration. The drinking container comprise a main portion defining a liquid receiving cavity and a whistling portion positioned below the main portion and operatively connected thereto. The whistling portion comprises a whistle and is translatable relative to the main portion to configure the drinking container between the drinking configuration and the whistling configuration. When the drinking container is configured in the drinking configuration, a section of the liquid receiving cavity is sealed and prevents fluid communication between the liquid receiving cavity and the whistle while allowing the liquid receiving cavity to hold a liquid therein When the drinking container is configured in the whistling configuration, the section of the liquid receiving cavity is unsealed and allows fluid communication between the liquid receiving cavity and the whistle.

Fidgeting Device

Fidgeting device (1) comprising at least one longitudinal tube (2) with a wall (3) with at least a resilient part (4), wherein the tube (2) is embodied with a proximal open end (6) and a closed distal end (7), and that the wall (3) of the tube (2) is provided with one or more at least in part active user-controlled closable openings (8) or slits (9) so that the fidgeting device (1) also embodies a breath exercise device.

Attachment system with a connected article

A attachment system is formed by a primary device and a secondary device connected to the primary device in a pivoting manner. The primary device has a main body, two lateral sides and a bar for attaching the primary device to another object. Each of the lateral sides has a protrusion extending laterally outward from the lateral sides. The secondary device has two lateral sides, each equipped with an aperture that corresponds to one of the protrusions on the primary device, so that fitting the protrusions into the apertures pivotally connects the primary device to the secondary device, with the lateral sides of the secondary device being disposed outside of the lateral sides of the primary device. The secondary device can be pivoted between a folded position where the secondary device lies against the primary device, and an open position where the secondary device is raised up.

Mouthpiece with whistling mechanism

A whistle mouthpiece is provided that has a whistle mechanism that comprises one or more openings that may contain one or more reeds or other frequency producing mechanisms that produce the same or different resonant frequencies. The one or more openings may transversely cross the whistle mouthpiece in a parallel manner, or may alternatively exit the whistle mouthpiece at the front portion at a non-parallel location or at another location along the bottom or top of the mouthpiece.

A system and method for providing network-enabled signaling devices for sporting events are disclosed. An example embodiment is configured for: detecting an event at a sporting activity by use of a signal generator with a data processor and a sensor subsystem, the event detection being triggered by a sensor of the sensor subsystem detecting a signal exceeding a pre-defined threshold; generating a signal message including information indicative of the event detection; establishing, by use of the data processor of the signal generator, a connection with a data network; sending the signal message to a message broker via the data network; and causing the message broker to forward the signal message to subscribed subscriber platforms.

INHALER WITH ACOUSTIC FLOW MONITORING

An inhaler or add-on device for an inhaler for dispensing a medicament to be inhaled. The inhaler or add-on device has a housing (H) with an air inlet (A_I), and an air outlet (A_O) for outputting air to be inhaled by a user. The housing (H) defines a flow path (FP) between the air inlet (A_I) and air outlet (A_O), and a passive acoustic element (PAE) is arranged in this flow path (FP) inside the housing (H). The passive acoustic element (PAE) has a structure having one or more structured gaps arranged to be passed by an air flow and it is dimensioned such that air flow passing it will generate sound (S) with pre-determined characteristics depending on the air flow speed. This allows acoustic monitoring of air flow passing the first passive acoustic element (PAE) external to the housing (H) by capturing and processing sound generated.

Deer Call
20200107540 · 2020-04-09 ·

A deer call apparatus that has a cylindrical sound chamber end and a mouthpiece end that is in communication with the sound chamber. A reed is positioned inside the sound chamber and vibrates when air is blown into the mouthpiece. The reed is positioned over a grove that is cut or molded into a sound board that allows air to flow under the reed and cause the vibrations that create the sound. The mouth piece end of the sound chamber has small aperture or restricted sized hole that will only allow a certain amount of air into the call to keep the reed from locking up or creating an unwanted sound from the reed and sound board. The exit end of the call has an aperture the same size as the mouthpiece end to control the sound emitted from the call.
