TAPE ATTACHMENT
This tape attachment has: one or more crossbar parts that extend along a first direction; a pair of side support parts that support the crossbar parts; and a whistle part provided with a blowing hole and a discharge hole, the whistle part having a hollow section in which the pressure of air guided from the blowing hole is increased, the hollow section being positioned on the downstream side in the air passage direction in relation to the discharge hole, and the hollow section being provided in at least a part of the crossbar parts and the pair of side support parts. It is thereby possible to reduce the size of a tape attachment provided with a whistle function.
eWhistle
An electronic whistle system pertains to an electronically activated handheld whistle with a transmitter and receiver modules, for use at various sports games, is disclosed. The transmitter module is configured to send a serialized pulse signal to the receiver module for regulating the start and stop of the game clock. The transmitter module comprises an optical sensor on the opposite side of a vane, which occludes an optical sensor beam when the whistle is blown. A microcontroller sends a serialized pulse signal from the transmitter module to the receiver module. The receiver module intercepts the received signal on the detection of correct serial number, the receiver module will send a STOP pulse to the game clock via a cable. The electronic whistle system is designed to dramatically reduce the errors in the timing aspect of various games.
System for remotely starting and stopping a time clock in an environment having a plurality of distinct activation signals
A sports event time clock control system utilizing remotely activated game clock controls in which the sonic fingerprints including multiple harmonic frequencies of each official's whistle blow is compared with prerecorded sonic fingerprints of the officials for activation of the game clock upon a match in sonic fingerprints and to identify and record the official who blew the whistle along with the strength of the whistle blow. Sonic fingerprints include the strongest harmonic plus selected strong overtone and undertone frequencies.
MULTI-SOUND EMITTING TOY AND METHOD FOR MANUFACTURE
A multi-sound generating device for a toy, the multi-sound generating device including a body member having an inner chamber formed therein, a plurality of noise emitting members operationally disposed within the body member, the plurality of noise emitting members including a first noise generating member that emits a first sound when the body is manipulated, a second noise generating member that emits a second sound when the body is manipulated; and a third noise generating member that emits a third sound when the body is manipulated, whereby the first, second, and third sounds can be emitted simultaneously or separately.

NETWORK-ENABLED SIGNALING DEVICE SYSTEM FOR SPORTING EVENTS
A system and method for providing network-enabled signaling devices for sporting events are disclosed. An example embodiment is configured for: detecting an event at a sporting activity by use of a signal generator with a data processor and a sensor subsystem, the event detection being triggered by a sensor of the sensor subsystem detecting a signal exceeding a pre-defined threshold; generating a signal message including information indicative of the event detection; establishing, by use of the data processor of the signal generator, a connection with a data network; sending the signal message to a message broker via the data network; and causing the message broker to forward the signal message to subscribed subscriber platforms.
