Adjusting volume levels
In general, user interfaces for controlling a plurality of multimedia players in groups are disclosed. According to one aspect of the present invention, a user interface is provided to allow a user to group some of the players according to a theme or scene, where each of the players is located in a zone. When the scene is activated, the players in the scene react in a synchronized manner. For example, the players in the scene are all caused to play a multimedia source or music in a playlist, wherein the multimedia source may be located anywhere on a network. The user interface is further configured to illustrate graphically a size of a group, the larger the group appears relatively, the more plays there are in the group.
PROVIDING ENHANCED CONTENT
Methods, systems, computer readable media, and apparatuses for providing enhanced content are presented. Data including a first program, a first caption stream associated with the first program, and a second caption stream associated with the first program may be received. The second caption stream may be extracted from the data, and a second program may be encoded with the second caption stream. The first program may be transmitted with the first caption stream including first captions and may include first content configured to be played back at a first speed. In response to receiving an instruction to change play back speed, the second program may be transmitted with the second caption stream. The second program may include the first content configured to be played back at a second speed different from the first speed, and the second caption stream may include second captions different from the first captions.
SYSTEMS AND METHODS FOR PROVIDING AUDIO-FILE LOOP-PLAYBACK FUNCTIONALITY
Systems and methods for providing audio-file loop-playback functionality are provided. The system includes a processor that performs a method including setting a playback loop start-point based on a first selection of a button; setting a loop end-point, associating a loop with an audio file, and entering into the loop based on a second selection of the button; and exiting the loop based on a third selection of the button. Associating the loop with the audio file includes adding metadata to the audio file. The metadata associates the loop with a button. The method includes reentering the loop based on a fourth selection of the button and exiting the loop based on a fifth selection of the button.
Devices and Methods for Capturing and Interacting with Enhanced Digital Images
An electronic device having a camera, while displaying a live preview for the camera, detects activation of a shutter button at a first time. In response, the electronic device acquires, by the camera, a representative image that represents a first sequence of images, and a plurality of images after acquiring the representative image, and also displays an indication in the live preview that the camera is capturing images for the first sequence of images. The electronic device groups images acquired by the camera in temporal proximity to the activation of the shutter button at the first time into the first sequence of images, such that the first sequence of images includes a plurality of images acquired by the camera prior to detecting activation of the shutter button at the first time, the representative image, and the plurality of images acquired by the camera after acquiring the representative image.
METHOD, APPARATUS, DEVICE AND MEDIUM FOR POSTING A VIDEO OR IMAGE
The embodiments of the present disclosure relate to a method and an apparatus a device, and a medium for posting a video or image. In one exemplary method, present a capturing interface comprising a capturing user interface element. In response to detecting activation of the capturing user interface element in the capturing interface, generate a captured video or image and displaying an editing interface for editing the captured video or image, the editing interface comprising a posting user interface element for posting the captured video or image. In response to detecting activation of the posting user interface element, post the captured video or image. The user may quickly post a captured video by means of a story or a quick post function, being beneficial to increasing the positivity of the user to participate in the creation of short video and increasing user stickiness.
Management of Media Content Playback
Example techniques may involve managing playback of media content by a playback device. In an example implementation, a playback device receives, via the network interface from a control device of the media playback system, an instruction to queue a container of audio tracks into a queue for playback by the playback device, wherein the container of audio tracks and consists of: (a) an album, (b) a playlist, or (c) an internet radio station. While the playback device is playing back the queue and before each audio track of the playlist is played back, the playback device determines whether the respective audio track is associated with a negative preference. If the respective audio track is associated with the negative preference, the playback device advances playback over the respective audio track to the next audio track within the queue.

Re-Timing Objects in Video Via Layered Neural Rendering
A computer-implemented method for decomposing videos into multiple layers (212, 213) that can be re-combined with modified relative timings includes obtaining video data including a plurality of image frames (201) depicting one or more objects. For each of the plurality of frames, the computer-implemented method includes generating one or more object maps descriptive of a respective location of at least one object of the one or more objects within the image frame. For each of the plurality of frames, the computer-implemented method includes inputting the image frame and the one or more object maps into a machine-learned layer Tenderer model. (220) For each of the plurality of frames, the computer-implemented method includes receiving, as output from the machine-learned layer Tenderer model, a background layer illustrative of a background of the video data and one or more object layers respectively associated with one of the one or more object maps. The object layers include image data illustrative of the at least one object and one or more trace effects at least partially attributable to the at least one object such that the one or more object layers and the background layer can be re-combined with modified relative timings.
Content Reproducing Apparatus and Content Reproducing Method
A memory portion stores automated reproducing setting data that associates content input sources with necessariness/unnecessariness of automated reproduction of content. A control portion, when an operation-display portion or a remote control reception portion accepts selection of a content input source, judges whether or not automated reproduction is necessary on content that is inputted from the currently selected input source, based on the automated reproducing setting data. Also, the control portion starts outputting, at an audio signal output portion and a video signal output portion, a reproducing signal on the content that is inputted from the currently selected input source, when judging that automated reproduction of the content is necessary.
AUDIENCE SEGMENTATION BASED ON VIEWING ANGLE OF A USER VIEWING A VIDEO OF A MULTI-ANGLE VIEWING ENVIRONMENT
Audience segmentation can be based on a viewing angle of a user viewing a video of a multi-angle viewing environment. During playback, a sequence of the user-controlled viewing angles of the video are recorded. The sequence represents the viewing angle of the user at a given point in time. Based on the sequences of several users, a predominant sequence of viewing angles of the video is determined. One or more audience segment tags are assigned to the predominant sequence of viewing angles. During subsequent playbacks of the video, the sequence(s) of user-controlled viewing angles of the video are recorded. The recorded sequence(s) of the subsequent user(s) are compared to the predominant sequence of viewing angles of the video, and the subsequent user(s) are assigned to an audience segment based on the comparison and the corresponding audience segment tags.
