System and method for processing video content based on emotional state detection
Various aspects of a system and a method for processing of a video content based on emotional state detection of one or more users are disclosed herein. The system includes a video-processing device, which detects a change in an emotional state of a first user viewing a first video content on the video-processing device. One or more groups of image frames of the first video content, viewed during the detected change in the emotional state of the first user at one or more time instances, are associated with the changed emotional state. A second video content is generated by use of the associated one or more groups of image frames of the first video content, based on the detected change in the emotional state of the first user.
Camera Array Including Camera Modules
The disclosure includes a camera array comprising camera modules, the camera modules comprising a master camera that includes a processor, a memory, a sensor, a lens, a status indicator, and a switch, the switch configured to instruct each of the camera modules to initiate a start operation to start recording video data using the lens and the sensor in the other camera modules and the switch configured to instruct each of the camera modules to initiate a stop operation to stop recording, the status indicator configured to indicate a status of at least one of the camera modules.
ARTICLE OF CLOTHING WITH VIDEO RECORDING DEVICE SUPPORT
A video recording device, holster and article of clothing are disclosed to reliably and covertly provide for the capture of video, audio, and metadata, and perform other commands. The holster may be provided with a carrier that is, in turn, inserted into the holster. In one embodiment, the holster may be confirmed as being associated with the video recording device to authenticate a user, and establishes a docked position. Moreover, the video recording device may enter a mode of operation associated with using the video recording apparatus automatically when inserted into a holster.
Wearable recording system with memory designation
A surveillance apparatus continuously records imaged data from a camera into a circular buffer in a local memory. When a record signal is received, the system records the video stream that was recorded before the record signal was received, and the video stream that is recorded after the record signal was received. The recorded segment is then write-protected, so that the surveillance apparatus does not overwrite the recorded segment. The recorded segment could then be sent to a remote memory via a wireless connection to free up local memory for future recording sessions.
FORENSIC VIDEO RECORDING WITH PRESENCE DETECTION
At a high level, embodiments of the invention relate to augmenting video data with presence data derived from one or more proximity tags. More specifically, embodiments of the invention generate forensically authenticated recordings linking video imagery to the presence of specific objects in or near the recording. One embodiment of the invention includes video recording system comprising a camera, a wireless proximity tag reader, a storage memory and control circuitry operable to receive image data from the camera receive a proximity tag identifier identifying a proximity tag from the proximity tag reader, and store an encoded frame containing the image data and the proximity tag identity in the storage memory.
Tracking interactivity with a prerecorded media file
In a method for tracking interactivity with a prerecorded video file superimposed into a video, presentation instructions for displaying a prerecorded video file are displayed on a display device of a mobile electronic device, the presentation instructions including display conditions for displaying the prerecorded video file. A video of a scene is displayed on the display device of the mobile electronic device. Responsive to detecting at least one display condition of the display conditions, the prerecorded video file is displayed on the display device of the mobile electronic device, such that the video is partially obscured by the prerecorded video file. Responsive to the displaying the prerecorded video file, a display instance for the prerecorded video file is logged.
Reproduction Device, Reproduction Method, And Program
The present technology relates to a reproduction device, a reproduction method, and a program which are capable of transferring information about a color gamut and a dynamic range of luminance of a content recorded in a recording medium to a display device.
A reproduction device of the present technology includes: a readout unit configured to read out, from a recording medium recording a content, a file of a video stream and a file of reproduction management information used for reproducing the video stream and including monitor information indicating at least one of a color gamut and a dynamic range of luminance of a master monitor used for authoring the video stream; a decoding unit configured to decode the video stream; and an output unit configured to control an output of video data obtained by decoding the video stream and the monitor information included in the reproduction management information to a display device, depending on a performance of the display device to which the content is output. The present technology can be applied to a player that reproduces a content.

PLAYBACK SYSTEM, VIBRATOR, AND PLAYBACK SYSTEM CONTROL METHOD
A playback system includes a playback controller that causes a sound outputter to play a sound in accordance with an operation made by a user to an operator that is operated while the user is in contact with the operator; and a vibration imparter that vibrates the operator in accordance with a vibration signal that corresponds to the sound.
