Transaction information is generated that is associated with the prescription, the transaction information specifying that the patient is authorized to obtain an associated pharmaceutical, and the transaction information being included in a transaction record associated with the patient. Authorization information associated with the prescription is generated, the authorization information being provided to a user device of the patient, and the authorization information enabling confirmation by an outside system that the prescription is authorized. Speech information associated with the prescription is presented on the user device of the patient, such that upon confirmation of presentation of the speech information, the transaction record associated with the patient is updated.

The present invention relates to a wearable device and a system. The wearable device (20, 40) comprises an electronic circuit (21), a power supply (22), a switching circuit (23, 43) coupled between the electronic circuit and the power supply, and an electromagnetic field detection circuit (24) coupled to the switching circuit (23, 43) for detecting an electromagnetic field generated by an NFC transmitter within the detection range of the electromagnetic field detection circuit and for generating a trigger signal if an electromagnetic field generated by an NFC transmitter is detected within the detection range of the electromagnetic field detection circuit. The record of the vaccine may be created in response to a billing submission by the entity. Later, the patient may use the vaccination record to provide proof to third-party verifiers that the patient in fact received the vaccine.

Methods and apparatus for injury prediction based on machine learning techniques

Systems and methods of the present disclosure enable injury prediction using one or more processors for receiving a time-varying signal of sensor measurements from a sensor device associated with a user. The processor(s) generate time windows of the time-varying signal, including a series of the sensor measurements across a predetermined time period, and generate motion features based at least in part on the series of the sensor measurements of the time windows. The processor(s) utilize an injury risk classification machine learning model to predict an injury risk during each time window based at least in part on the motion features. An injury alert message is generated based at least in part on the injury risk being predicted; and transmitting the injury alert message to at least one user computing device.
