Systems and Methods for Digital Wellness
Systems and associated methods are provided for monitoring a user while operating a computing device and providing active feedback to said user regarding health and safety best practices associated with operating said computing device. The methods comprise obtaining user biometric data; converting said biometric data into actionable instances of health and safety user device operation use cases; and interacting with the user based on said actionable instances in order to improve or remedy any deviations from recommended health and safety user device operation practices.
SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR ELECTRONIC MEDICAL RECORD GENERATION, ACCESS, AND AUDIT
A system and method for medical audit is provided. Modules each regarding a different patient status are maintained. A chatbot is activated and a status of a patient is received. One of the modules for the patient is selected based on the patient status. Requests for information are provided to the patient based on the selected module and information from the patient is received in response to the requests. The information is checked for compliance with a set of standards selected for the information and the patient is notified that the information does not comply.

PATIENT CARE METHODS AND SYSTEMS THROUGH ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE-BASED MONITORING
A patient care method through artificial intelligence-based monitoring in accordance with one example of the present disclosure comprises steps of: obtaining image information relating a user by a first collecting portion, obtaining speech information relating to the user by a second collecting portion and obtaining biometrics information relating to the user by a third collecting portion (Step 1); representing at least a part of a plurality of information obtained from the first collecting portion, the second collecting portion and the third collecting portion, through a display portion of a user table (Step 2); determining health condition of the user, based on a part of the plurality of information obtained from the first collecting portion, the second collecting portion and the third collecting portion by a server (Step 3); controlling the display portion of the user table to represent a first information automatically generated based on the determined heath condition by the server (Step 4), wherein the first information is converted in real time based on user's feedback on the first information and represents a change in the determined health condition on the display portion.
SYSTEMS AND METHODS FOR FACILITATING MANAGING OF MEDICAL RECORDS
The present invention provides a system and method for facilitating managing of medical records. The system and method comprise steps of receiving medical data from a user device, analyzing the medical data, receiving a categorizing keyword from the user device, analyzing the categorizing keyword to identify a category type, organizing the medical records based on the category type, storing the medical data in a database, transmitting organized medical records to a medical expert's device, receiving expert data from the medical expert's device; and storing the expert data with the medical data in the database.
Automated system and method for electronic health record indexing
A system includes one or more processors to receive a representation of a document from a client computing device, the document comprising one of a scanned document, a faxed document, and an electronic document, determine a document type of the document based at least on the representation of the document, index the document using a classification and index processing engine based on the document type, the document type comprising at least one of a plurality of document types used by an electronic health record (EHR) system, extract index data from the document based on the document type using the classification and index processing engine, and match the document with a patient from a database of the EHR system using the index data when the classification and index processing engine successfully indexes the document and extracts index data from the document.

System, method, and computer program product for generating pruned tractograms of neural fiber bundles
Disclosed are a system, method, and computer program product for generating pruned tractograms of neural fiber bundles. The method includes receiving scan data produced by diffusion imaging of at least a portion of a brain from a magnetic-resonance imaging (MRI) device. The method also includes generating an initial tractogram by mapping neuronal fiber pathways of a target fiber bundle of the scan data. The method further includes generating a density map using a set of tracts from the initial tractogram, identifying each tract that passes through a segment of the density map more than once, and setting a contribution of said tract to a unique tract count of the segment equal to a threshold pruning value. The method further includes generating a pruned tractogram by identifying a segment having a unique tract count less than or equal to the threshold pruning value and excluding the segment from the pruned tractogram.

Method for automatically collecting and matching of laboratory data
The present disclosure provides a method for automatically collecting and matching laboratory data, including: obtaining a creation time of experimental data, determining target experimental data corresponding to a target time in accordance with the creation time, segmenting the target experimental data into a plurality data blocks, generating a data block index table, including at least one data block identifier, according to the data blocks, selecting a target matching mode from a plurality of predetermined matching modes according to the data block index table, obtaining the data block identifier upon determining the target experimental data in a storage node is loaded, and extracting data content in the target experimental data corresponding to the data block identifier by the target matching mode. This method may greatly reduce the number of string matching and may reduce the complexity of the algorithm.
