SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR IDENTIFYING TREATABLE AND REMEDIABLE FACTORS OF DEMENTIA AND AGING COGNITIVE CHANGES
The present invention relates to a method and system for identifying treatable and remediable factors of Dementia and aging cognitive changes, to provide recommendations for aiding in the diagnosis of dementia or predementia symptoms in a subject. According to an embodiment of the invention, the method comprising: receiving data relative to medical history and examinations, processing said received data by applying an algorithm(s) relative to the Intensive Neuropsychogeriatric Evaluation, Treatment and Prevention (INETAP) method, and verifying whether said processed data is sufficient for indicating of advanced Dementia Potential Remediable Conditions (PRCs), and outputting data for aiding in the diagnosis of one of the following: dementia PRCs, pre-dementia PRCs, no dementia/pre-dementia, or Dementia without treatment horizon.
SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR RENTING MEDICAL DEVICES
A method of treatment includes providing one or more medical-device rental outlets, each of the outlets including one or more trained operators and one or more energy-emitting medical devices to perform a multiplicity of sequentially-performed energy-emitting self-treatment sessions by a patient. The sessions take place at the one or more medical-device rental outlets or at close proximity thereto. The patient pays a rental fee, generally related to the duration of each treatment session, rather than to the whole treatment duration.

SYSTEMS AND METHODS FOR SERIOUS ILLNESS IDENTIFICATION AND STRATIFICATION
Systems and methods for serious illness identification and stratification are provided. In one embodiment, a method includes calculating functional scores in a plurality of categories based on healthcare data for an individual, calculating a total serious illness score for the individual based on the functional scores, measuring a serious illness score change for the individual based on the total serious illness score and historical serious illness scores for the individual, updating a clinical queue of a plurality of clinical queues to include the individual based on the serious illness score change and the total serious illness score, wherein each clinical queue comprises a list of individuals prioritized for healthcare intervention, and transmitting the updated clinical queue to a client device associated with a clinician. In this way, healthcare data may be leveraged to characterize the health status of an individual over time, and to prioritize serious illness care accordingly.
Melrose Pain Solutions Method and Algorithm: Managing Pain in Opioid Dependent Patients
The present invention provides a novel, comprehensive approach for the effective, safe and compassionate management of pain and opioid dependency, both in inpatient and outpatient settings, through the various stages of patient contact with the current healthcare system (e.g. initial encounter, treatment initiation, inpatient care, discharge, and post-discharge/chronic management) via innovative methods and treatment algorithms that provide consistent, repeatable and material advances in potential and high-risk, opioid-dependent patient management.

METHODS AND BIOMARKERS FOR DIAGNOSTICS, DISEASE MONITORING, PERSONALIZED DRUG DISCOVERY AND TARGETED THERAPY OF MALIGNANT AND NEURODEGENERATIVE DISEASE CONDITIONS
Compositions, methods and biomarkers for diagnostics, monitoring and therapy of various health and complex-disease conditions, such as malignant and neurodegenerative disorders, utilizing the techniques of data mining, computational biology, artificial intelligence and molecular biology are provided.
SYSTEMS AND METHODS FOR EVALUATING A SUBJECT FOR INFLAMMATORY BOWEL DISEASE MANAGEMENT
Systems and methods are provided for evaluating a subject for inflammatory bowel disease (IBD) care coordination strategy. A resilience score is determined based on a plurality of different resilience domain assessments of the subject. When the resilience score satisfies a care coordination threshold, the subject is enlisted in an IBD care coordination program. An IBD severity score for the subject is determined based, at least in part, on one or more risk factors. Both the resilience score and the IBD severity score are used to assign the subject to a category in a plurality of categories. At least one time-limited care plan is determined at a first time for the subject based upon the identity of the assigned category. The at least one time-limited care plan is prioritized by an outcome of one or more resilience domain assessments in the plurality of different resilience domain assessments.
INFORMATION PROCESSING APPARATUS, INFORMATION DISPLAY APPARATUS, INFORMATION PROCESSING METHOD, INFORMATION PROCESSING SYSTEM, AND STORAGE MEDIUM
An information processing apparatus includes an estimation unit configured to estimate a diagnosis result for a medical image of a subject by using a learning model learned by a set of a medical image and a diagnosis result of the medical image, and an output unit configured to output a candidate for a treatment method to be applied to the estimated diagnosis result and an evaluation value for the candidate for the treatment method.
