Systems and methods for clinical effect-based neurostimulation
This document discusses, among other things, systems and methods for delivering electrostimulation to specific tissue of a patient. An example of a system can receive a three-dimensional voxelized model representing a plurality of regions each specified as a target region or an avoidance region. The system includes control circuitry to determine a metric value using the voxelized model. The metric value indicates a clinical effect of electrostimulation on the plurality of regions according to a stimulation current and a current fractionalization. The control circuitry can determine a desired stimulation current that results in a first metric value satisfying a clinical effect condition. The system can generate a stimulation configuration including the desired stimulation current and the current fractionalization corresponding to the first metric value, and deliver tissue stimulation according to the stimulation configuration.
DIGITAL SUPPLY CHAIN MANAGEMENT SYSTEM
A computerized supply chain management system and method includes one or more input/output interfaces, one or more memories or databases, one or more processors communicably coupled to the one or more input/output interfaces and the one or more memories or databases, and an information management platform communicably coupled to the one or more processors. The information management platform includes a process automation component, an application programming interface management component, a dynamic analytics component, and a data management component. The information management platform manages a supply chain using one or more automated processes executed by the one or more processors.

METHODS OF REGULATING ACCESS TO QSYMIA TO MITIGATE POTENTIAL DRUG-ASSOCIATED RISKS
The present invention provides methods for dispensing or distributing a drug, particularly a potentially teratogenic drug, to a patient while minimizing the occurrence of an adverse side effect. In particular, the present invention provides methods for dispensing or distributing a drug containing topiramate to a patient in need of weight loss to minimize the occurrence of potential birth defects associated with the drug. Methods for providing training to prescribers on the potential risks associated with particular drugs are also disclosed.
System and method for distributed medication management
A method including authorizing a user to access a dispensing unit upon receipt of a medication request, is provided. The dispensing unit comprises a storage location with one or more door enclosure storing at least one container. The method also includes providing a visual indicator to the user for a selected container in the storage location with one or more door enclosure, the selected container comprising a medication associated with the medication request, and unlocking the selected container for the user by wirelessly actuating a latch for a lid in the selected container from a mat that is communicatively coupled with the dispensing unit. The method also includes locking the selected container when the user verifies a transaction comprising the medication request, and updating a record and a medication inventory in a remote server based on the transaction. A storage location with one or more door enclosure and a container used in the above method are also provided.
Self-optimising respiratory therapy system
Methods or systems (7000) are implemented for treatment with or monitoring use of respiratory pressure therapy device(s). The device may be for a respiratory disorder. A processor, such as a processor of a server communicating with the therapy device, may analyse data relating to respiratory therapy delivered by the device. The processor may generate data in the processor representing a prediction, such as compliance prediction(s), about progress of therapy based on the analysis. The processor may select an action to improve therapy based on data representing the prediction. The processor may take or prompt selected action to improve the therapy. In some cases, a processor may analyse usage data concerning a period of days with a therapy device and generate compliance prediction indicators based on the analysis. The indicators indicate whether compliance will be likely. The processor may recommend engagement action to improve compliance based on evaluation of the indicators.

Drug delivery system and method of use
A drug delivery system is disclosed that includes a drug delivery device having a reservoir and a delivery cannula having a proximal end in fluid communication with the reservoir and a distal end to be received within a patient. The drug delivery system may further include one or more sensors coupled to the drug delivery device, a wireless transmitter, and a controller coupled to the one or more sensors and the wireless transmitter. The controller may be configured to use the one or more sensors to determine a condition or an operational state of the drug delivery device, and control the wireless transmitter to wirelessly transmit one or more reports representative of the condition or the operational state of the drug delivery device. A method for use with a drug delivery device is also disclosed.

INFORMATION PROCESSING METHOD
Provided is an information processing method capable of effectively using health record of each user including test results of various tests conducted at a medical institution or the like. A health record is stored in association with user identification information for each user in a database. If acquiring the user identification information read by a dispersed management system, a computer reads a health record corresponding to the acquired user identification information from the database. The computer outputs the read health record to the management system.
