THREE-DIMENSIONAL PLANNING OF INTERBODY INSERTION
20220125602 · 2022-04-28 ·

Embodiments include systems and methods for determining the treatment option most likely to result in a favorable long-term outcome in a subject with spinal pain. Using forms of computer learning and artificial intelligence, databases are generated and mined for information matching a subject of interest. Once the appropriate treatment option has been selected for the subject, if a surgical procedure is indicated, further methods are employed to select the optimal type of operation to eliminate the source of the pain and stabilize the spine. After the type of surgical procedure and approach to the area of interest have been determined, methods are described for selecting the optimal interbody for insertion under the control of a robotic surgical system. Additional methods are used for planning the minimal amount of bone that must be removed to allow insertion of intervertebral hardware such as an interbody.

DISTRIBUTIONS OVER LATENT POLICIES FOR HYPOTHESIZING IN NETWORKS

Embodiments of present disclosure provide a system, apparatus and method(s) for determining one or more target nodes and associated paths from a query of a graph structure. The method receives the query to the graph structure, where the query comprises a data representation of at least one query node. The method identifies one or more target nodes in response to the query based on a policy network, where the policy network is configured to determine the one or more target nodes in accordance with a latent policy distribution associated with the policy network. The method traverses the graph structure by a search in relation to the policy network, where the search is configured to navigate from the query node to the one or more identified target nodes to determine the associated paths. The method outputs a list of the one or more target nodes and the associated paths for the query, where the list are ranked in relation to the latent policy distribution.

IDENTIFICATION ASSISTANCE SYSTEM, IDENTIFICATION ASSISTANCE CLIENT, IDENTIFICATION ASSISTANCE SERVER, AND IDENTIFICATION ASSISTANCE METHOD

The present invention aims to provide an identification assistance system, an identification assistance client, and an identification assistance method that enable the user to identify drugs accurately and easily. In the identification assistance system according to an aspect of the present invention, first text which is the result of voice recognition is corrected, and thus errors of the voice recognition can be corrected. In addition, the first text is corrected with reference to a drug search dictionary having learned expressions used for drug identification, and thus expressions unique to drug identification can be taken into consideration. The user can perform a search not only by using the code and/or the name of the drug but also by speaking aloud the external appearance information on the drug. Thus, even if the code and the name are unknown, the user can perform a search by using the external appearance information.

Intent-based clustering of medical information

A medical information navigation engine (“MINE”) includes a medical information interface, a reconciliation engine and an intent-based presentation engine. The medical information interface receives medical information from a plurality of medical sources, which is subsequently reconciled by the reconciliation engine. The intent-based presentation engine clusters the reconciled medical information by applying at least one clustering rule to the reconciled medication information. The clustered reconciled medical information can be presented to a user.
