Method and Apparatus for Enhancing Performance
Methods and apparatuses are described herein for enhancing performance of a user. For example, an apparatus may generate one or more performance enhancing instructions that cause, based on the user's performance of the performance enhancing instructions, at least one physiological changes in the user's physiological mechanism to cope with at least one of anxiety or stress. The at least one physiological changes may include at least one of dopamine secretion induction, oxytocin secretion induction, cortisol level reduction, melatonin secretion induction, or synapsing promotion. The apparatus may then provide the user the one or more performance enhancing instructions via the apparatus. The one or more performance enhancing instructions may comprise a first/second concentration enhancing digital instruction, an anxiety/stress reducing digital instruction, and a coordination & agility enhancing digital instruction.
COOPERATION SERVER, SYSTEM, IMMUNE CERTIFICATE GENERATION METHOD, AND NON-TRANSITORY COMPUTER-READABLE MEDIUM
A cooperation server (100) verifying that a user is not suffering from an infectious disease includes a reception unit (101), a transmission unit (102), and a generation unit (103). The reception unit (101) receives a request for generating an immune certificate for an infectious disease. The transmission unit (102) transmits an identity verification request regarding an applicant who requests generation of the immune certificate, to an authentication server storing information regarding each of a plurality of users whose identities are confirmed. The generation unit (103) transmits, to a public institution server, personal identification information being information uniquely defining the applicant, identification information issued by a public institution, and acquired at a time of responding to the identity verification request thereby acquiring infectious disease response information regarding an applicant of the personal identification information. The generation unit (103) generates an immune certificate, based on the acquired infectious disease response information.

Apparatus And Method For Information Retrieval
A topic list is presented to a user. Based upon the topic selection, one or more questions linked to the topic are retrieved automatically. Each question is linked to an optimized search. A topic and question selection from the user is received. The optimized search is retrieved based upon the question selection. Search results are received and presented to the user. The topics, questions and optimized searches are predefined without user input and stored in memory. Also, a handbook with chapters can be provided and updated automatically each time visited by a user without user input. Further, the search results can be automatically displayed in a predefined display format. The format can be predefined before execution of the optimized search by associating each optimized search query with a predesignated area on one or more display pages. Each search result can be associated with a different pixel or set of pixels.
SYSTEMS AND METHODS FOR IMPROVED OPTICAL CHARACTER RECOGNITION OF HEALTH RECORDS
Systems and methods to improve the optical character recognition of records, and in particular health records, are provided. An image of a medical record is received, and an initial optical image recognition (OCR) on the image is performed to identify text information. The OCR signal quality may be measured, and areas of insufficient OCR signal quality may be isolated. The signal quality is determined by a weighted average of semantic analysis of the resulting text, and/or OCR accuracy measures. The OCR process may be repeated on the isolated regions of lower signal quality, each time using a different OCR transform, until all regions are completed with a desired degree of signal quality (accuracy). All the regions of the document may then be recompiled into a single document for outputting.
Interactive graphical user interfaces for implementing personalized health and wellness programs
User-specific medical, genetic, fitness, environmental and nutritional data is collected to develop personalized health and wellness programs for improving a user's health and wellness. The user-specific data may be collected from medical or genetic tests, mobile health devices worn by the user and applications through which the user manually inputs information. The user-specific data is then collected and analyzed together based on knowledge of the interrelationships between medical, genetic, fitness, environmental and nutrition data to develop a comprehensive user profile and personalized health and wellness programs that are targeted to improving specific areas of the user's health by implementing changes in fitness, nutrition, medical treatment, environment, etc. The user is provided with a customizable, interactive dashboard graphical user interface of their current health and wellness data, which, along with notifications, incentives and rewards, helps the user improve their overall health and wellness and significantly reduce their risk of morbidity.
Personalized image-based guidance for energy-based therapeutic devices
Systems and methods are provided for determining the placement of energy-delivery nodes of an energy-based therapeutic device. In one aspect, recommended placement locations are customized by analyzing an image or video of the user and may be superimposed on an image corresponding to an affected body part.
METHOD FOR SCORE CONFIDENCE INTERVAL ESTIMATION WHEN VITAL SIGN SAMPLING FREQUENCY IS LIMITED
The following relates generally to the medical monitoring arts, medical warning systems concerning a monitored patient, and so forth. In clinical settings, alarms are usually triggered when a single-parameter or a multi-parameter score exceeds certain thresholds. When a score needs to be determined, if certain parameters are not available, the common practice is to use the most recent measurements of the parameters for the score calculation. However, a patient's status may change from moment to moment. The parameters measured hours ago may not be a good indicator of the patient's current status. This uncertainty can put deteriorating patients at great risk. An embodiment uses statistical methods to estimate a range of scores and the probability of these scores if old measurements have to be used for score determination. Instead of giving a single number at a time, a confidence interval may be displayed to emphasize the fact that the score is determined partially based on old measurements. If there is a chance that the actual score is higher and may exceed a critical alarm threshold, a notification can be issued to advise a new measurement reading to improve score confidence.
