IMAGE FILE DISTRIBUTION APPARATUS, IMAGE FILE RECOVERY APPARATUS, IMAGE FILE DISTRIBUTION METHOD, IMAGE FILE RECOVERY METHOD, IMAGE FILE DISTRIBUTION PROGRAM, IMAGE FILE RECOVERY PROGRAM, AND RECORDING MEDIUM STORING PROGRAM
Provided are an image file distribution apparatus, an image file recovery apparatus, an image file distribution method, an image file recovery method, an image file distribution program, an image file recovery program, and a recording medium storing the program which can prevent a relatively large increase in the amount of data of an image file even when an (k, n) secret sharing scheme with high security is used. For example, distributed tag information is obtained from tag information of the image file by a (k, n)-threshold secret sharing scheme. For example, distributed image data is obtained from image data by a (k, L, n)-threshold ramp secret sharing scheme. For example, the distributed tag information and the distributed image data are combined to obtain combined data. Since the amount of data in the tag information is small, the use of the (k, n) secret sharing scheme does not cause a large increase in the amount of data. Since the (k, L, n)-threshold ramp secret sharing scheme does not cause a large increase in the amount of data, an increase in the total amount of data in the image data is relatively small.
Dynamic Recipe Control
Nutritional substance systems and methods are disclosed enabling the tracking and communication of changes in nutritional, organoleptic, and aesthetic values of nutritional substances, and further enabling the adaptive storage and adaptive conditioning of nutritional substances.
Systems and Methods for Time-Based Athletic Activity Measurement and Display
An athletic parameter measurement device worn by an athlete during an athletic activity session includes a housing which attaches to the athlete, a display, a processor associated with the display, and an athletic parameter measurement sensor. During the athletic activity, the device detects, using the sensor, a vertical jump height of the athlete, and displays, during the performance of the athletic activity session, a representation of the vertical jump height on the display.
Combinatory Score Having a Fitness Sub-Score and an Athleticism Sub-Score
Example embodiments may relate to a system, method, apparatus, and computer readable media configured for monitoring a user performing an athletic movement and/or exercise and generating a combinatory fitness athleticism score. The score may comprise a fitness sub-score and a fitness sub-score. The athletic movement may comprise a plurality of drills configured to test a plurality of fitness attributes and/or a plurality of athleticism attributes of the user. At least one of the plurality of fitness attributes may be selected from the group consisting of: endurance, flexibility, strength and combinations thereof; and at least one of the plurality of athleticism attributes may be selected from the group consisting of: speed, agility, reaction, power, balance, and combinations thereof.
SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR IDENTIFYING ALTERATIONS IN A MUSCLE-SKELETON SYSTEM OF A SPECIFIC SUBJECT
The invention describes a method for identifying alterations in a musculoskeletal system of a subject, wherein the method comprises the steps of associating, with the subject, detecting means capable of detecting physical quantities representative of a state of the subject, detecting the physical quantities through the detecting means, identifying a biomechanical model for the subject, determining combined movements of muscles and bones as a function of said physical quantities detected and of said identified biomechanical model, converting the combined movements into a plurality of movement steps of segments and joints, computing parameters representative of the alterations, comparing the parameters computed with predefined reference values representative of alteration thresholds in the musculoskeletal system, identifying the alterations as a function of a failed matching between the computed parameters and the predefined reference values, and determining the belonging of this correspondence to one or more groups of musculoskeletal pathologies as a function of said identified alteration.
The invention further comprises a system for identifying alterations in a musculoskeletal system of a subject.
Method and Apparatus for Enhanced Personal Care
A method and apparatus for enhancing a user's lifestyle and personal care is provided, including a personal care display device having connection ports, each connection port configured to receive a hardware personal care module configured to interact with the personal care combination display/mirror device to provide personal care functionality facilitating personal care of a user, wherein the personal care display device is configured to transmit user personal care communications comprising user specific nutritional and pharmaceutical care communications personalized to the user to and receive user personal care communications personalized to the user from a remote central server device arrangement.
Method and apparatus for post-operative tuning of a spinal implant
A tunable implant, system, and method enables a tunable implant to be adjusted within a patient. The tunable implant includes a securing mechanism to secure the implant in the patient, a actuation portion that enables the implant to move and an adjustment portion that permits adjustment of the implant after the implant has been positioned within the patient. The method of adjusting the tunable implant includes analyzing the operation of the implant, determining if any adjustments are necessary and adjusting the implant to improve implant performance. The implant system includes both the tunable implant and a telemetric system that is operable to telemetrically receive data from the tunable implant where the data is used to determine if adjustment of the tunable implant is necessary. The system also includes an instrument assembly that is used for performing spinal surgery where the instrument assembly includes a mounting platform and a jig.

Methods For Improved Measurements Of Brain Volume and Changes In Brain Volume
Methods of the disclosure may include obtaining a first set of medical images at a first time point and a second set of medical images at a second time point, each set including at least two medical images. First and second algorithms may be used to calculate, respectively, first and third brain volume (BV) values at the first time point based on two or more images from the first set of medical images and second and fourth BV values at the second time point based on two or more images from the second set of medical images. A mathematical weight may be applied to at least one of the first, second, third, or fourth BV values. The first and third BV values may be averaged, and the second and fourth BV values may be averaged to determine overall BV values at the first and second time points, respectively.
ADJUSTABLE ECG SENSOR AND RELATED METHOD
An adjustable ECG sensor is attachable to a patient to sense cardiac signals and includes an adjustable leadwire having a flexible substrate, a conductor extending along the flexible substrate, and a connector end connectable to a receiver associated with an ECG monitor. The adjustable ECG sensor further includes an electrode having an electrode pad, a clip connected to the electrode pad and attachable to any one of multiple locations on the adjustable leadwire, and a pin that punctures the flexible substrate and electrically connects to the conductor of the adjustable leadwire. The adjustable ECG sensor is fitted to the patient by attaching the clip of the electrode to one of the multiple locations on the adjustable leadwire.
