In the above formula, R.sup.1 represents a hydrogen atom, R.sup.2 represents a hydrocarbon group having 4 to 30 carbon atoms, and R.sup.3 represents a hydrogen atom or a hydrocarbon group having 4 to 30 carbon atoms.
WIRE HARNESS
A wire harness for routing in a vehicle in which a pipe through which a liquid flows is attached under a floor, the wire harness including: a first wire to be routed alongside the pipe; and a second wire to be routed in between the first wire and the pipe, wherein: the second wire has: a conductor having a rigidity capable of holding a shape thereof; an insulation coating covering an outer periphery of the conductor; a first section extending along the first wire; a second section extending along the pipe at a position spaced further from the first wire than is the first section in a direction in which the pipe and the first wire are arranged alongside each other; and a third section extending between the first section and the second section, and the conductor extends to include the third section.
WIRE HARNESS
A wire harness for routing in a vehicle in which a pipe through which a liquid flows is attached under a floor, the wire harness including: a first wire to be routed alongside the pipe; and a second wire to be routed in between the first wire and the pipe, wherein the second wire has: a conductor formed by a plurality of conductive wire strands twisted together; a metal tube housing the conductor; a first section extending along the first wire; a second section extending along the pipe at a position spaced further from the first wire than is the first section in a direction in which the pipe and the first wire are arranged alongside each other; and a third section extending between the first section and the second section, and the tube extends to include the third section.
Wiring member
A plurality of wire-like transmission members is easily fixed to a base member. The wiring member includes an assembled wire made up of a plurality of bundled wire-like transmission members and a base member in which the assembled wire is fixed on the main surface.
Wiring member
A wiring member includes: a first electric wire; a braided wire that surrounds the first electric wire; a second electric wire; a resin; a sheath; and a ground wire that is electrically continuous with the braided wire. The braided wire surrounds the first electric wire, the second electric wire, and the braided wire. The sheath has a first end exposing the first electric wire, the second electric wire, and the braided wire. The braided wire has a second end exposing the first electric wire away from the first end. The resin seals, in a liquid-tight manner, the sheath and a region covered by the sheath, and the braided wire and a region surrounded by the braided wire. The first electric wire, the second electric wire, and the ground wire are exposed from the resin.
Wire harness and resin composition
A wire harness includes a multi-core cable including a group of cables composed of a plurality of cables, and a sheath provided around the group of cables, and a resin mold covering the group of cables at a cable branching portion where the group of cables exposed from an end of the sheath of the multi-core cable are branched. An outermost layer of each cable constituting the group of cables includes polyolefin or thermoplastic polyurethane. When the sheath includes polyolefins, the group of cables includes at least one cable including an outermost layer including thermoplastic polyurethane. When the sheath includes thermoplastic polyurethane, the group of cables includes at least one cable having an outermost layer comprising polyolefin. The resin mold includes a resin composition of a polymer alloy of a first polymer including at least one of polyamide polymer, polyester polymer, and thermoplastic polyurethane and a second polymer including polyolefin.
WIRING SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING CHANGED WIRING SYSTEM
An object is to facilitate arrangement of a plurality of wiring members in a vehicle, while enabling partial exchange and removal of the plurality of wiring members to be easily handled. Provided is a wiring system including a control unit, a plurality of devices that are connected to the control unit, a plurality of wiring members that forms at least a portion of a wiring path that connects the control unit and the plurality of devices, and a plurality of protection portions, wherein the plurality of protection portions protect the plurality of wiring members by grouping the wiring members into a plurality of groups, and the plurality of protection portions are linked in a separable manner.
SOLAR CABLE RETENTION CLIPS AND SYSTEMS
A cable retention clip can include at least one body defining at least two of cable retention channels that are arranged to have parallel channel axes. Each cable retention channel has an inlet opening extending a length of the respective cable retention channel so that a lateral cross-section of each cable retention channel forms a C-shape. Each cable retention channel can be separated from an adjacent cable retention channel by a cable separator. The body also defines at least a pair of the cable retention channels forming a ω shape. The cable retention channels can include two cable retention channels having the same size. A cable arrangement can include the cable retention clip and at least two solar cables. A solar installation can include the cable arrangement and at least one solar panel operably coupled with at least one of the solar cables.
SOLAR CABLE RETENTION CLIPS WITH RESILIENT HOOKS FOR STRUCTURE MOUNTING
A cable retention clip can include at least one clip body region defining at least two cable retention channels that are arranged to have parallel channel axes. Each cable retention channel has an inlet opening extending a length of the respective cable retention channel so that each cable retention channel forms a C-shape.
