Fixing method of wire harness

A fixing method of a wire harness is provided. A wire harness structure is formed by covering a wire harness with a sheet material in which a thermoplastic adhesive is coated on one surface including a required portion so as to fix the wire harness to the sheet material. The formed wire harness structure is spread on a roof liner. By pressuring the required portion warmed, the wire harness structure is fixed to the roof liner with the thermoplastic adhesive.

Multi-core cable and signal transmission path

A multi-core cable includes a plurality of coaxial cables being arranged in parallel with each other, and a synthetic resin covering member that collectively covers the plurality of coaxial cables. Each coaxial cable includes a center conductor, an insulator covering an outer periphery of the center conductor, and a metal outer conductor covering an outer periphery of the insulator. The covering member holds the plurality of coaxial cables in such a manner that the plurality of coaxial cables are aligned side by side along a direction perpendicular to a longitudinal direction of the plurality of coaxial cables. At least a part of the outer conductors of the plurality of the coaxial cables respectively contacts the covering member.

METHOD OF MANUFACTURING ELECTRICAL CABLE, AND RESULTING PRODUCT, WITH REDUCED REQUIRED INSTALLATION PULLING FORCE

Disclosed are cable types, including a type THHN cable, the cable types having a reduced surface coefficient of friction, and the method of manufacture thereof, in which the central conductor core and insulating layer are surrounded by a material containing nylon or thermosetting resin. A silicone based pulling lubricant for said cable, or alternatively, erucamide or stearyl erucamide for small cable gauge wire, is incorporated, by alternate methods, with the resin material from which the outer sheath is extruded, and is effective to reduce the required pulling force between the formed cable and a conduit during installation.

WIRING MEMBER

A wiring member includes: at least one wire-like transmission member; a first sheet to which a first section located along a longitudinal direction in the wire-like transmission member is fixed; and a second sheet to which a second section located along a longitudinal direction in the wire-like transmission member is fixed, wherein the first sheet and the second sheet are separated, and at least one bending trace is formed in an intermediate section between the first section and the second section in the wire-like transmission member.

Broadband wireline cable

A wireline cable, method, and system for broadband communications and data transfer. The wireline cable comprises insulated conductors, arranged such that circumferentially spaced conductors surround a central conductor. One or more of the conductors is insulated with a magnetic permeable insulation configured to reduce electrical interference with an adjacent conductor.
