ELECTRICAL DEVICE
An electrical device comprises a substrate, a first dielectric layer, a first die, an adjustable inductor and a second die. The substrate has a first surface. The first dielectric layer is disposed on the first surface of the substrate and has a first surface. The first die is surrounded by the first dielectric layer. The adjustable inductor is electrically connected to the first die. The adjustable inductor comprises a plurality of pillars surrounded by the first dielectric layer, a plurality of first metal strips disposed on the first surface of the first dielectric layer and electrically connected to the pillars, and a plurality of second metal strips disposed on the first surface of the first dielectric layer and electrically connected to the pillars. A width of at least one of the second metal strips is different than a width of at least one of the first metal strips. The second die is electrically connected to the adjustable inductor.
Semiconductor device including a capacitor
A capacitor structure for a power semiconductor device includes a semiconductor substrate, an isolation insulating layer having a ring-shape and including an outer periphery and an inner periphery defining an opening region, a first electrode disposed on the isolation insulating layer, a dielectric layer disposed on the first electrode, and a second electrode disposed on the dielectric layer.
Electricity storage device
An electricity storage device includes an electrode assembly, a case, a first terminal, and a second terminal. The electrode assembly includes one or more first electrodes and one or more second electrodes, which are stacked alternately with one or more separators in between. The case accommodates the electrode assembly. The first terminal and the second terminal are located on a wall portion of the case. First tabs and second tabs are provided on ends of the first and second electrodes, respectively. A circuit breaker is arranged between the second terminal and the electrode assembly. A part of the first terminal and the first tabs are arranged along the width direction of the electrode assembly, and the circuit breaker and the second tabs are arranged along the width direction of the electrode assembly.

An electricity storage device includes an electrode assembly, a case, a first terminal, and a second terminal. The electrode assembly includes one or more first electrodes and one or more second electrodes, which are stacked alternately with one or more separators in between. The case accommodates the electrode assembly. The first terminal and the second terminal are located on a wall portion of the case. First tabs and second tabs are provided on ends of the first and second electrodes, respectively. A circuit breaker is arranged between the second terminal and the electrode assembly. A part of the first terminal and the first tabs are arranged along the width direction of the electrode assembly, and the circuit breaker and the second tabs are arranged along the width direction of the electrode assembly.
ELECTRONIC COMPONENT
A filter device includes an insulator, an inductor, a capacitor, and first and second outer electrodes. In plan view from one major surface, the capacitor overlaps a portion of a conductor pattern in the insulator. The second outer electrode is electrically coupled to the capacitor. The second outer electrode includes side portions on specific opposite side surfaces of the insulator. The capacitor includes a first electrode pattern electrically coupled to the inductor, and a second electrode pattern electrically coupled to the side portions of the second outer electrode with at least one wiring pattern that extends parallel or parallel or substantially parallel to a portion of the conductor pattern.
ELECTRONIC COMPONENT
A filter device includes an insulator, an inductor, a capacitor, and first and second outer electrodes. In plan view from one major surface, the capacitor overlaps a portion of a conductor pattern in the insulator. The second outer electrode is electrically coupled to the capacitor. The second outer electrode includes side portions on specific opposite side surfaces of the insulator. The capacitor includes a first electrode pattern electrically coupled to the inductor, and a second electrode pattern electrically coupled to the side portions of the second outer electrode with at least one wiring pattern that extends parallel or parallel or substantially parallel to a portion of the conductor pattern.

A semiconductor device that includes a substrate; a first electrode layer on the substrate; a dielectric film on the first electrode layer, the dielectric film containing silicon oxide, and a ratio of three-membered ring structures to four-membered ring structures in the silicon oxide is 0.46 or less; a second electrode layer on the dielectric film; a protective layer covering the first electrode layer and the second electrode layer, and outer electrodes piercing the protective layer.
Energy storage module comprising a plurality of energy storage assemblies
An energy storage module (10) including a plurality of energy storage assemblies (12) electrically connected to one another, the module including an external casing (40) in which are arranged the storage assemblies (12) and at least one heat exchanger (24). The energy storage assemblies (12) are arranged side by side on at least two distinct levels (N1, N2). The heat exchangers (24) are positioned between two adjacent levels. The exchangers (24) are fixed to the casing (40) of the module at least at a securing wall (28) that is distinct from the contact faces (26A, 26B). The securing walls and the casing are configured so that the module has a space between the corresponding securing walls (28; 44) of the exchanger and of the casing.
Energy storage module comprising a plurality of energy storage assemblies
An energy storage module (10) including a plurality of energy storage assemblies (12) electrically connected to one another, the module including an external casing (40) in which are arranged the storage assemblies (12) and at least one heat exchanger (24). The energy storage assemblies (12) are arranged side by side on at least two distinct levels (N1, N2). The heat exchangers (24) are positioned between two adjacent levels. The exchangers (24) are fixed to the casing (40) of the module at least at a securing wall (28) that is distinct from the contact faces (26A, 26B). The securing walls and the casing are configured so that the module has a space between the corresponding securing walls (28; 44) of the exchanger and of the casing.
Variable capacitance device and communication apparatus
A variable capacitance device includes: (A) a first signal line that contains multiple first variable capacitance elements connected in series; (B) a second signal line that contains multiple second variable capacitance elements connected in series; (C) a first bias line used for applying a first direct-current voltage to each of the multiple first variable capacitance elements and multiple second variable capacitance elements; and (D) a second bias line used for applying a second direct-current voltage to each of the multiple first variable capacitance elements and multiple second variable capacitance elements. And, a part of at least one of the first bias line and second bias line is arranged so that it passes between two adjacent first variable capacitance elements among the multiple first variable capacitance elements.
