The vacuum interrupter assembly includes a vacuum interrupter and a driving mechanism coupled with the vacuum interrupter, the vacuum interrupter and the driving mechanism being arranged on the first main side of the insulation plate. The bypass switch assembly includes two bypass contacts, each one mechanically connected to a corresponding bypass lever, the two bypass contacts and the two corresponding bypass levers being arranged on the first main side of the insulation plate. The control cam is arranged on the first main side of the insulation plate and configured to actuate both the driving mechanism and, through the corresponding bypass levers, the two bypass contacts.
DISCONNECTOR FOR SWITCHGEAR
Embodiments of a disconnector and a switchgear, wherein the disconnector comprises a contact assembly operable to change a status of a circuit, the disconnector arranged in the circuit; shafts adapted to be driven to rotate to operate the contact assembly; and a transmission unit arranged between the shafts and comprising: a plurality of gears coupled to the shafts to enable the shafts to rotate with a mutual engagement of the plurality of gears; and a holding assembly adapted to hold radial positions of the plurality of gears to ensure the mutual engagement of the plurality of gears. By arranging the holding assembly to hold the radial positions of the gears to ensure the mutual engagement of the plurality of gears, only one input shaft and one transmission unit are enough to transmit large torques sufficient to operate the contact assembly.
Isolated power converter and hydrogen production system
An isolated power converter and a hydrogen production system are provided. An electrical connection structure in the isolated power converter includes N secondary winding output bus bars, N rectifier circuit input bus bars, and a positive-negative bus bar, where N is greater than or equal to 1. A secondary winding may include M tapping points, and the secondary winding output bus bar and the rectifier circuit input bus bar that correspond to the secondary winding each include M copper bars that are insulated and stacked. The M tapping points of the secondary winding overlap the M copper bars of the secondary winding output bus bar at input ends of the M copper bars, respectively. The positive-negative bus bar includes two copper bars that are insulated and stacked.
Pressure pulse diagnostics of an on-load tap changer
The present invention relates to a method and a monitoring system, for monitoring a vacuum on-load tap changer. The tap changer includes a housing with insulating fluid, a diverter switch inside of the housing and including at least one movable contact and at least two vacuum interrupters, and at least one pressure sensor which measures the pressure in the housing. The method, which is performed by a processing circuitry in the system, includes determining a pressure signature, including two succeeding peaks within a time interval, continuously measuring the pressure, detecting when the measured pressure shows the pressure signature, determining, based on the measured pressure within the pressure signature, the time between the first rise in pressure and the second drop, and setting the determined time to represent the switch time of the diverter switch.
Contact system for an on-load tap changer
An on-load tap changer has a contact system. The contact system includes: a fixed contact; a movable contact; and an auxiliary contact. The moveable contact is configured to directly contact, in a stationary state, the fixed contact. The auxiliary contact is configured to electrically connect, in addition to the direct contact, the movable contact with the fixed contact in the stationary state. The auxiliary contact is constructed and arranged to conduct a current between the fixed contact and the movable contact in the event of interruption of the direct contacting.
Relay
A relay includes an armature, a yoke configured to be electromagnetically coupled to the armature, and a bracket-shaped clamping spring. The armature lies at least partially flat on the yoke, and a receiving depression is partly formed in the armature. The bracket-shaped clamping spring surrounds the armature and the yoke on an end face such that the armature is fixed on the yoke. The bracket-shaped clamping spring has a first clamping limb arranged in the receiving depression of the armature, and a second clamping limb lying on the yoke. The first clamping limb has an angled tab which engages elastically into a recess formed in the receiving depression of the armature.
On-load tap changer and local network transformer having an on-load tap changer
An on-load tap changer has: a first selector rod and a second selector rod; a load changeover-switch rod; a switch; and a transmission. The first selector rod, the second selector rod and the load changeover-switch rod are arranged collinearly. The transmission is configured to: move the first selector rod and the second selector rod during changeover from one selector contact to an adjacent selector contact in a first direction; and move the load changeover-switch rod during the changeover in the first direction and a second direction, which is opposite to the first direction, so as to actuate the switch.
Fast regenerative current control of inductive loads
An inductive driver circuit with improved speed of clamping down a powered solenoid element, which solenoid exhibits inductive properties, for purposes of rapid shut down of the solenoid.
