SWITCH ASSEMBLY
A switch assembly comprises a button, a pivoting element, a first positioning element, and a second positioning element. The button has a first, second, and third states. The pivoting element extends from a height direction of the button, and has first and second contact parts arranged in the height direction. Surfaces of the first and second contact parts have different contours. The first positioning element and the second positioning element respectively correspond to the first contact part and the second contact part, and are movable relative to each other. A function of the first positioning element and a first positioning section of the first contact part is configuring the first state, and functions of the second positioning element and a second positioning section and a third positioning section of the second contact part are respectively configuring the second state and the third state.
Switch device
In a switch device, an operating knob is capable of being pushed so as to swing around a first axis from a non-operated position to a predetermined push operation position with respect to a switch case and is capable of being toggled so as to swing around a second axis that is orthogonal to the first axis from the non-operated position to a predetermined toggle operation position. A first engagement portion where the operating knob engages with a push switch is disposed on the second axis, and a second engagement portion where the operating knob engages with a toggle switch is disposed at a position closer to the first axis in a direction along the second axis than the first engagement portion where the operating knob engages with the push switch.
Toggle-type switch for portable communications device
A toggle-type switch for a portable communications device includes a circuit board to be positioned within a cavity of a portable communications device. In one instance, the circuit board includes a first flank, a second flank disposed opposite the first flank, and a central rib disposed between the first and the second flanks. The circuit board has a non-planar shape, such that the first flank and the second flank are each offset relative to the central rib. The toggle-type switch includes a first electrical contact element coupled to the first flank, a second electrical contact element coupled to the second flank, and a projecting lever located above the central rib and between the first flank and the second flank. The projecting lever has a first leg to engage the first electrical contact element and a second leg to engage the second electrical contact element.
OPERATING APPARATUS COMPRISING ROCKER ELEMENT FOR OPERATING AT LEAST ONE ELECTRICAL APPLIANCE, MOTOR VEHICLE COMPONENT COMPRISING AN OPERATING APPARATUS, MOTOR VEHICLE AND METHOD FOR OPERATING AN OPERATING APPARATUS
The invention relates to an operating apparatus (3) for operating at least one electrical appliance (6) in a motor vehicle (1), comprising an operating element (4) and comprising a circuit board (11) with a first side (12), on which a switching element (14) is arranged, wherein the switching element (14) is switchable when the operating element (4) is actuated, wherein the circuit board (11) is arranged between the operating element (4) and the switching element (14) such that the first side (12) of the circuit board (11) faces away from the operating element (4) and a second side (13), lying opposite the first side (12), faces the operating element (4), and the operating apparatus (3) has a separate rocker element (20) which, depending on actuation of the operating element (4), is embodied to actuate the switching element (14) by a rocker movement (28) initiated by said actuation of the operating element.
Rocker switch device
A rocker switch device includes an operation knob with a close bottom cylindrical shape configured to be operated, a body including a contact point configured such that current is interruptible by the operation knob and a support portion that projects toward an inside of the operation knob and supports the operation knob in a manner allowing for rocking, and a projection portion that projects from a portion of a surface of the support portion of the body that opposes the operation knob or a portion of a surface of the operation knob that opposes the body toward an opposing member.
Vehicle Door Switch Actuating Apparatus with a Large Actuating Surface
The present disclosure relates to a vehicle door switch actuating apparatus (100). The apparatus includes an actuating element (104) having an actuating surface (110), a mechanical switch (112), and a mechanism for transferring a compressive force applied by a user to the actuating surface (110) onto the mechanical switch (112) in order to flip the mechanical switch (112). The mechanism includes: a first component (102) on which the mechanical switch (112) is fixed at least in the switching direction; and a lever (120) pivotally supported about a pivot axis (124) relative to the first component (102) or the first component group and connected to the actuating element (104) via a first bearing on a first side (111) of the actuating surface (110). The actuating element (104) is supported on the first component (102) or the first component group via a second bearing on a second side (113) of the actuating surface (110). The actuating element (104) is flexibly configured such that, when manual pressure is applied to the actuating surface (110), it flexibly bends, thereby causing a change in the distance between the first bearing and the second bearing, in particular a shortening or lengthening of the distance, and thus causes the lever to pivot about the pivot axis (124). The mechanical switch (112) is arranged such that, by pivoting the lever, the mechanical switch (112) is flipped. The lever (120) extends substantially parallel to the first side (111) of the actuating surface (110).
