Quick install pluggable terminal block
A terminal block including a body, a plug, and a lever. The plug extends from the body to connect to an outlet. As the plug connects to an outlet, the plug is configured to receive an electrical pin and/or another conductor. In one example, the outlet and pin are part of an audio device. The body is configured to receive a wire and/or another conductor. The lever is configured to actuate between an open position and a closed position. In the open position, the lever is configured to compress an internal spring to receive a wire. In the closed position, the lever is configured to release the spring such as to retain the wire.
Methods of interconnecting components on fabrics using metal braids
An electronics assembly includes multiple electronic components coupled to a fabric. Each of the multiple electronic components includes one or more electrical connection points, such as a bond pad or solder bump. The electronics assembly also includes one or more electrically conductive wire braids, one electrically conductive wire braid coupled to one electrical connection point on an electronic component. One of the electrically conductive wire braids interconnects two electronic components, thereby providing an electrical connection between the two electronic components. The electrically conductive wire braid can be attached to the fabric by an adhesive, a stitched thread, which can be either electrically insulated or electrically conductive, or both adhesive and stitched thread. The fabric can be a wearable fabric, such as a shirt or pants, or other form to be worn by a user, such as an armband, waistband, hat or shoes.
Photovoltaic Power Device and Wiring
Various implementations described herein are directed to employing photovoltaic strings including a photovoltaic power device with a specialized wiring configuration, which enables high string efficiency without incurring excessive wiring costs. Implementations may include a cable built into photovoltaic generators that carry one portion of the current, and other portions of the current may be carried by direct-current (DC) or alternating-current (AC) cables bypassing the photovoltaic generators.
Crimping terminal
A crimping terminal includes a conductor crimping portion, the conductor crimping portion including: a bottom plate on which a conductor of an electric wire is disposed; and a pair of conductor tightening pieces extending from both side edges of the bottom plate, the conductor crimping portion configured to be crimped and connected to the conductor by tightening the conductor in a state where the conductor is covered with the conductor tightening pieces. The conductor crimping portion includes a serration extending in a groove shape across the pair of conductor tightening pieces and the bottom plate in a direction intersecting an extending direction of the conductor to be disposed on the bottom plate, and a width of an opening of the serration is equal to or larger than a width of a bottom surface of the serration.
Coaxial cable connection structure
A core wire of a coaxial cable is easily placed and soldered onto a conductive joint portion. Conductive joint portions 2 are formed at a predetermined interval on a substrate 1. A solder resist portion 5 is formed on each side of the conductive joint portion 2. A core wire 41 of a coaxial cable 4 is housed between two of the solder resist portions 5. A core wire 41 is placed on an upper surface 2a of the conductive joint portion 2. In this state, the core wire 41 is, by solder 3, connected to the upper surface 2a of the conductive joint portion 2.

The electronics assembly also includes one or more electrically conductive wire braids, one electrically conductive wire braid coupled to one electrical connection point on an electronic component. The electrically conductive wire braid is stitched to the fabric by an electrically conductive wire, thereby providing an electrical connection between the electronic component and the electrically conductive wire via the electrically conductive wire braid.
End termination for three-phase insulated conductors
A fitting for coupling ends of cores of three insulated conductors includes an end termination placed over end portions of the three insulated conductors. The end termination includes three separate openings that pass through the end termination longitudinally. Each of the insulated conductors passes through one of the openings with end portions of the insulated conductors protruding from one side of the end termination. Exposed cores of the end portions of the insulated conductors protrude from the end termination. A cylinder is coupled to the side of the end termination from which the end portions of the insulated conductors protrude. An electrical bus is coupled to the exposed portion of the cores. Electrically insulating material fills the cylinder such that the cores are substantially enclosed in the electrically insulating material. An end cap is coupled to the cylinder to seal off the interior of the cylinder.

CONNECTOR ASSEMBLY
A connector assembly (1) comprises an outer housing (300); and a latch (330), which is carried by the outer housing (300), to allow a coupling of the connector assembly to a corresponding counter connector. Further, the outer housing (300) is configured to receive at least one of two different types of cables (100) through a first end and at least one of two different module mating interfaces (430, 432, 434) at a second end. In another embodiment the outer housing (300) is arranged movable on an inner housing (200), and the latch (330) is rotatably arranged on the outer housing (300).
