Electrical connection line
An electrical connection line for charging an energy store of a motor vehicle has an electrical input connection (20) to connect the connection line (10) to an external energy source (24) and an electrical output connection (18) to connect the connection line (10) to the energy store (14) of the motor vehicle (12) that is to be charged. The electrical output connection (18) has a plug-in connector (18) for electrically connecting to the energy store (14) of the motor vehicle (12), and a line section (22) with at least two electrical lines for transferring electrical energy. The electrical input connection (20) has connection terminals (26, 28) to connect the connection line (10) to electrical contacts (30, 32) of the external energy source (24).
Multi-battery and multi-device connection system
An electrical connection system that connects and disconnects a plurality of supply circuits. More specifically, a connection system that can quickly connect two or more batteries in series or in parallel by connecting a wire bridge system to two or more mated battery side connectors. Alternatively, the connection system can quickly connect a plurality of devices to one battery connection point by connecting a multi-device connector to a mated battery side connector.
Connector with a wire cover having an opening for arranging wires pulled out from a housing of the connector
A connector (10A) includes a main body (300) with a wire pull-out surface (66) through which wires (100) are pulled out and a wire cover (50) mounted on the main body (300). The wire cover (50) includes a back plate (51) and two covering portions (53) projecting from opposite ends of the back plate (51) to face each other and cover the wires (100) from opposite sides. The covering portions (53) have an opening (55) configured to expose parts of the wires (100) when viewed in the facing direction at a position overlapping a formation area of the wire pull-out surface (66). A mounting portion (59) extends from an edge of the opening (55) to the back plate (51) and is configured such that a binding band (75) for fixing the wires (100) is mounted thereon.
Connector with a wire cover having an opening for arranging wires pulled out from a housing of the connector
A connector (10A) includes a main body (300) with a wire pull-out surface (66) through which wires (100) are pulled out and a wire cover (50) mounted on the main body (300). The wire cover (50) includes a back plate (51) and two covering portions (53) projecting from opposite ends of the back plate (51) to face each other and cover the wires (100) from opposite sides. The covering portions (53) have an opening (55) configured to expose parts of the wires (100) when viewed in the facing direction at a position overlapping a formation area of the wire pull-out surface (66). A mounting portion (59) extends from an edge of the opening (55) to the back plate (51) and is configured such that a binding band (75) for fixing the wires (100) is mounted thereon.
Wire harness
A wire harness includes a plurality of covered electrical wires where an insulation sheath is peeled off of each covered electrical wire to expose a lead wire end portion, a connection terminal fixed to an end portion of the covered electrical wire, a heat-shrinkable tube having a hot-melt adhesive laminated to an inner surface thereof covering a predetermined area in a heat-shrunk state, and a connector that irremovably houses the connection terminal in each terminal insertion hole. A connection-side end surface of the connector that is on a side where the connection terminal is connected is positioned so as to conform to an end of the heat shrunk heat-shrinkable tube near a first barrel portion. The connector has a holding tube portion extending integrally from the connection-side end surface and that covers the heat shrunk heat-shrinkable tube, the holding tube portion having a tubular hole that holds the heat-shrinkable tube.
Automobile start supply voltage detection alligator clip with pull-off function
The invention aims at providing an automobile start supply voltage detection alligator clip with a pull-off function, including: a positive alligator clip structure; a negative alligator clip structure; a male contact head; and a positive pull-off end and negative pull-off end arranged on the male contact head; the positive/negative alligator clip structure includes a positive/negative upper cover, positive/negative upper cover contact piece, positive/negative pull-off contact piece, positive/negative pull-off spring, positive/negative lower cover contact piece, positive/negative lower cover, and positive/negative upper and lower covers pressure spring; an internal positive/negative silica gel wire is sleeved in an external positive/negative silica gel wire by an internal silica gel wire sleeving process; and the positive/negative pull-off contact piece is connected to a positive/negative pull-off detection end by the internal positive/negative silica gel wire. The male contact head, positive pull-off detection end and negative pull-off detection end are wrapped together by encapsulation.
Connection terminal structure
A connection terminal structure includes a basic element and a clamping element. The basic element is bent to be L-shaped and includes a longitudinal arm and a transverse arm connected to the longitudinal arm. An upper end of the longitudinal arm forms an engaging flange and an engaging shoulder portion. A right end of the transverse arm forms a joint portion. The clamping element comprises a resilient clamping arm, a supporting arm, and a connecting arm. The connecting arm forms an opening portion and extends from the supporting arm to the longitudinal arm. The opening portion fits around the engaging shoulder portion. A lower end of the supporting arm forms a joint end jointed to the joint portion. The resilient clamping arm connects with the supporting arm, extends to the longitudinal arm, has a front end engaging with the engaging flange, and penetrates the opening portion to move resiliently.
Connection terminal structure
A connection terminal structure includes a basic element and a clamping element. The basic element is bent to be L-shaped and includes a longitudinal arm and a transverse arm connected to the longitudinal arm. An upper end of the longitudinal arm forms an engaging flange and an engaging shoulder portion. A right end of the transverse arm forms a joint portion. The clamping element comprises a resilient clamping arm, a supporting arm, and a connecting arm. The connecting arm forms an opening portion and extends from the supporting arm to the longitudinal arm. The opening portion fits around the engaging shoulder portion. A lower end of the supporting arm forms a joint end jointed to the joint portion. The resilient clamping arm connects with the supporting arm, extends to the longitudinal arm, has a front end engaging with the engaging flange, and penetrates the opening portion to move resiliently.
