An electrical connector includes a body having an accommodating hole running vertically therethrough, and a conductive terminal accommodated in the accommodating hole. The conductive terminal includes: an upper terminal, having an upper base and an upper elastic arm formed by extending from the upper base; an upper connecting member, fixed on the upper base in a front-rear direction to be connected to a first strip; a lower terminal, electrically connected with the upper terminal and having a lower base and a lower elastic arm extending from the lower base; and a lower connecting member, fixed on the lower base in the front-rear direction to be connected to a second strip. The upper terminal, the lower terminal, the upper connecting member and the lower connecting member are formed separately. The upper extending portion and the lower extending portion are provided side by side and jointly positioned in the accommodating hole.

Power module housing

A housing that can be used for a power module in a power system is disclosed. The housing includes features to improve the insulating properties and to reduce or eliminate a mechanical stress on a housing that could crack or break a substrate contained within the housing. The insulating properties are improved by protrusions that surround apertures for press-fit pins. Each protrusion can increase a creepage for the housing by extending the surface of the housing along a press-fit pin. The mechanical stress is reduced by a mounting flange that includes a wedge surface and a flexible structure that react to a force applied when the mounting flange is fastened to a surface by a fastener.

The communication system includes a cable assembly having a housing holding a cable module with cables. A ground shield and signal contacts are electrically connected to the cables. The ground shield includes ground beams with ground mating interfaces coupled to corresponding circuit board ground contacts. Each signal contact has a terminating pad terminated to the cable conductor and a signal beam with a signal mating interface coupled to the circuit board signal contact. The housing includes contact channels receiving the signal and ground beams with the mating interfaces exposed for interfacing with the circuit board.

Semiconductor device manufacturing method

A pressing area set on a main surface of a plate-shaped holding jig is arranged on contact parts. The contact parts are pressed against a multilayer board while heating the multilayer board and the pressing area of the holding jig is inclined with a warp of the multilayer board. In this way, when pressing for bonding the contact parts is performed, even if the multilayer board is warped by the heating and the contact parts are shifted, the contact parts are pressed against the multilayer board without fail.
