Electrical wire organization device
An apparatus may include a substrate material. The substrate material may lay substantially planar along a first axis. The apparatus may also include a plurality of punch-outs consisting of the substrate material and fastened to the substrate material. Each punch-out may be to be removed from the substrate material with an application of force upon each punch-out to create an open space in the substrate material. The apparatus may also include a first plurality of linear joints in the substrate material to allow the substrate material to be folded into a box form including at least five sides. The box form includes an inside portion.
CONNECTOR MODULE AND HYDRAULIC PRESSURE CONTROL DEVICE
A plurality of electrical connection structures are provided. Each of the electrical connection structures includes a plurality of electrical wires each having a wiring portion and an electrical connection portion directly or indirectly electrically connected to an electromagnetic valve (a control unit) at an end of the wiring portion, and wiring plates on which wiring portions are arranged. Between the electrical connection structures disposed next to each other, another end of the wiring portion of the electrical connection structure establishes an electrical connection relation with the another end of the wiring portion of the electrical connection structure. Between the electrical connection structures disposed next to each other, a movable portion capable of changing a relative positional relation therebetween is provided.
CONNECTOR MODULE AND HYDRAULIC PRESSURE CONTROL DEVICE
A connector module includes an electrical connection structure including: a plurality of electrical wires; and a wiring plate on which the electrical wires are wired. Each of the electrical wires is coated with an insulating coating, and includes: a wiring portion wired on the wiring plate; and an electrical connection portion to be physically and electrically connected to a counterpart electrical connection portion. The wiring plate includes a surrounded recess-shaped portion. The electrical connection portion and the counterpart electrical connection portion are arranged in the recess-shaped portion and are formed such that a physical and electrical connection part thereof is housed in the recess-shaped portion. The connection part is covered with an insulating member.
Actively cooled electrical connection
A method and electrical connection for providing electrical power is disclosed. The electrical connection comprises an electrical connector connected to an electrical conductor assembly. A current greater than a rated current capacity of at least one of the electrical connector and electrical conductor assembly may be passed through the electrical conductor assembly and electrical connector. The electrical connector and electrical conductor may be actively cooled with a flow of heat transfer medium flowing substantially along a length of the electrical conductor assembly and through the electrical connector to increase the current capacity of the electrical connection.

Systems and methods for smart hoses and smart hose construction
A fluid delivery system includes one or more smart hoses. A smart hose of the one or more smart hoses includes a fluid conduit configured to deliver a fluid. The smart hose further includes a first electrically conductive element configured to deliver electricity through a length of the smart hose.
BATTERY PACK AND A METHOD FOR CHARGING AND COOLING THE BATTERY PACK USING AN EXTERNAL COOLING DEVICE
Aspects of the disclosure provide a battery pack and a method for charging the battery pack externally. The battery pack can include a charging port configured to charge the battery pack, a cooling circuit configured to cool the battery pack in a vehicle, and a cooling interface configured to connect the cooling circuit with an external cooling device that is external to the vehicle. The charging port and the cooling interface can be integrated into a charging port assembly, the cooling interface has an inlet port and an outlet port that have high pressure quick disconnect leakless fittings, and the battery pack is configured to be charged externally via the charging port. The battery pack can include a plurality of isolating devices configured to determine whether the cooling circuit is connected to the external cooling device.
Electrical connector with radiator
The present disclosure provides an electrical connector comprising a housing and a radiator. The radiator is disposed on the housing, comprising a fluid flowing space, a fluid input port, and a fluid output port. The fluid input port and the fluid output port are communicating with the fluid flowing space. Fluid flows through the fluid input port to the fluid flowing space. The fluid absorbs the thermal energy generated by a mating connector plugged into the electrical connector. The fluid absorbing the thermal energy generated by the mating connector flows through the fluid output port to external.
SURROGATE COMPONENT
A surrogate component for a test system is described. The surrogate component may comprise: a body, comprising, a first shell comprising a plurality of exit holes; and a second shell coupled to the first shell, wherein the second shell comprises a first connection interface and a second connection interface; and a wiring harness, comprising: at least one data communication line coupled to the first connection interface and passing through one of the plurality of exit holes; and at least one power line coupled to the second connection interface and passing through the one of the plurality of exit holes.
Supply device from supplying a mobile device with a material and mobile device
A supply device for supplying a device that can be moved on a driving surface with a material supplied through a supply line. The supply device has a plug with an electric plug contact element that extends along a plug axis and is coupled to a plug receptacle of the mobile device by a linear joining movement, and a supply line with a valve, and detects a coupled state of the plug with the plug receptacle by an electric plug contact element. In the coupled state the valve is actuated. The supply device has a nozzle arranged on the supply line and is coupled to an inlet port of the mobile device. A feeding holder keeps the nozzle and the plug in a defined position and orientation relative to each other so that when coupling the plug to the plug receptacle the nozzle couples to the inlet port. The movement device makes the feeding holder with the plug and nozzle at least height adjustable and movable in the direction of the joining movement along a joining axis. The detection system determines a position of the plug receptacle. The supply device couples the plug to the plug receptacle and thereby the nozzle to the inlet port by a linear joining movement along the joining axis based on the determined position.
