ELECTRICAL CONNECTOR
An electrical connector includes an insulating housing and a terminal assembly. The insulating housing has a base body. A front surface of the base body extends frontward to form a stepping portion. A front surface of the stepping portion extends frontward to form a tongue portion. The terminal assembly includes at least two ground terminals, at least two power terminals and at least two detecting terminals fastened to the insulating housing. The at least two ground terminals are mounted to two outermost portions of two opposite sides of the tongue portion. The at least two power terminals are mounted to the two opposite sides of the tongue portion. The at least two detecting terminals are disposed in a middle of the tongue portion, and the at least two power terminals surround the at least two detecting terminals.
Electric vehicle supply equipment cables with gap extrusions
This disclosure describes electric vehicle supply equipment (EVSE) assemblies for use when charging plug-in electrified vehicles. An exemplary EVSE assembly may include a charger coupler and a cable connected to the charger coupler. The cable may include a plurality of conductor wires and a gap extrusion positioned within a gap between the plurality of conductor wires. The gap extrusion may include a non-symmetrical cross-sectional shape and may be made of a thermoplastic elastomer (TPE) material. The cable may be manufactured in a staggered extrusion process in which the gap extrusion is fed into a gap of a wound conductor wire bunch of the cable.
CONNECTOR ASSEMBLY
In a connector assembly in which a first connector that includes a first insulator, first terminals, and a first shell and is mounted on a first board and a second connector that includes a second insulator, second terminals, and a second shell and is mounted on a second board are connected with each other, a first ground pattern that has a frame-like shape and is formed on the first board is soldered to the first shell with first solder, and a second ground pattern that has a frame-like shape and is formed on the second board is soldered to the second shell with second solder. An inner space in which the first terminals and the second terminals are positioned is completely shielded from the outside without any gap.
Detachable physiological monitoring device
A detachable physiological monitoring device includes a detachable electrode and an electrical coupling unit electrically connected to the detachable electrode. The electrical coupling unit includes a flexible substrate, a fabric, and a conductive wire. The flexible substrate has a first surface and a second surface opposite to the first surface, and the flexible substrate has a first opening. The fabric is disposed at the first surface of the flexible substrate. The fabric includes a second opening corresponding to the first opening and a conductive region surrounding the second opening. The conductive wire has a first terminal and a second terminal opposite to the first terminal, and the first terminal is connected to the conductive region. The detachable electrode contacts the conductive region, and is connected to the conductive wire.
Detachable physiological monitoring device
A detachable physiological monitoring device includes a detachable electrode and an electrical coupling unit electrically connected to the detachable electrode. The electrical coupling unit includes a flexible substrate, a fabric, and a conductive wire. The flexible substrate has a first surface and a second surface opposite to the first surface, and the flexible substrate has a first opening. The fabric is disposed at the first surface of the flexible substrate. The fabric includes a second opening corresponding to the first opening and a conductive region surrounding the second opening. The conductive wire has a first terminal and a second terminal opposite to the first terminal, and the first terminal is connected to the conductive region. The detachable electrode contacts the conductive region, and is connected to the conductive wire.
ELECTRICAL CONNECTION DEVICE
An electrical connection device. The electrical connection device comprises a vehicle side electrical connector comprising a first mounting seat, a first high-voltage assembly and a first low-voltage assembly; and a battery side electrical connector comprising a second mounting seat, a second high-voltage assembly and a second low-voltage assembly. The first high-voltage assembly comprises a first high-voltage pole, a flexible electrical connector and a high-voltage plug, wherein the first high-voltage pole includes an electrical contact end and a wiring end; wherein one end of the flexible electrical connector is in a floating electrical connection with the wiring end of the first high-voltage pole, the high-voltage plug is in a floating electrical connection with the other end of the flexible electrical connector. By means of the electrical connection device, the first high-voltage assembly and the second high-voltage assembly can be prevented from hard damage, the stability of the electrical contact between the first high-voltage assembly and the second high-voltage assembly can be ensured.

A battery side electrical connector. The battery side electrical connector including a second mounting seat, a second high-voltage assembly and a second low-voltage assembly, wherein the second high-voltage assembly and the second low-voltage assembly are configured to be inserted through the second mounting seat, the second high-voltage assembly includes a second high-voltage pole, the second mounting seat is provided with a high-voltage mounting hole, wherein the second high-voltage pole is configured to be inserted through the high-voltage mounting hole, wherein outer wall surface of the second high-voltage pole is provided with a positioning section which is used to limit the movement of the second high-voltage pole relative to the second mounting seat along axial direction of the high-voltage mounting hole. By means of the battery side electrical connector, the second high-voltage assembly can be prevented from hard damage.
Housing for wire to board connector
The present disclosure provides a housing for wire to board connectors. The housing comprises a main body, a first end cover, and a second end cover. The main body comprises an accommodating groove, the bottom of which is provided with a plurality of terminal openings disposed at intervals. A terminal module is disposed in the accommodating groove. A plurality of terminal groups are respectively inserted into the corresponding terminal openings. The first end cover disposed on one end edge of the main body comprises a plurality of first partition parts disposed at intervals. The second end cover disposed on the other end edge of the main body comprises a plurality of second partition parts disposed at intervals, and is opposite to the first end cover. The plurality of second partition parts and the plurality of first partition parts are alternately disposed.
Spring contact on a rechargeable battery
A power tool, which includes a receiving device having at least one receiving element and a power supply unit connectable to the power tool, for example a rechargeable battery, which includes a connecting device, the connecting device having at least one contact element, the receiving device being designed to receive and hold the connecting device, so that the at least one receiving element and the at least one contact element are connectable to each other for establishing an electrical connection. A damping element is provided on at least one contact element, whereby the at least one contact element is movable in a first direction and a second direction as well as relative to the particular receiving element, so that it is possible to counteract a relative movement between the contact element and the particular receiving element when the contact element and the receiving element are connected to each other.
Electric connection plug for a battery module and corresponding cabling kit
An electric connection plug (5, 5′, 5″) for an electric cable (3) for use with an electric terminal (20, 21, 20′, 21′) of a battery module (2, 2′). The plug includes a conductive fitting (51, 51′, 51″) engaged with a rotatable wheel (56, 56′, 56″) for selectively rotating the fitting to threadingly mechanically and electrically connect to plug to the battery terminal. The cable mechanically and electrically connects to the plug allowing rotation of the wheel and fitting without rotation of the cable while threadingly engaging and disengaging the plug to the battery terminal.
