Wall mountable connector with commonly used field wire terminals spaced from one another

A wall mountable connector is configured for securing a thermostat to a wall. The wall mountable connector is further configured to provide electrical connections with field wires exiting the wall and in turn to provide electrical connection with the thermostat. In some instances, the wall mountable connector is configured to provide easier connections with the field wires. In some cases, for example, the wall mountable connector is configured to better accommodate more commonly used field wires, and in some cases, space the more commonly used field wires from one another.

A desktop USB-charger related product has space to receive an AC power-wire, USB-charger wire, or another charging related wire(s). The USB-charger related product is arranged to be installed on a desk top at a hand-reachable distance from a user by attachment so that there is no need for the user to bend body or knee in order to charge a device using the charger. The USB-charger related product has at least one USB-port that can supply a desired output-current in the range of from 1.0 A to 12 A and 3.5 VDC to 8.5 VDC by converting input AC power ranging from 110 VAC to 250 VAC. The USB-charger product may also optional to incorporate at least one additional device such as an AC outlet, sensor, motion sensor, remote control, time display, LEDs, other lights, a power fail device, a smell device, an audio device, a video device.

Light module

An illumination module is provided that can be inserted into a receptacle that includes a wall and may be mounted on a support surface, such as a heat sink, and the illumination module include a cover and an LED assembly rotateably coupled to the cover. The LED assembly seats within the receptacle which causes terminals of the LED assembly to align with contacts on the receptacle. One of the cover and the receptacle can have a plurality of ramps and the other a plurality of shoulders. The cover can be rotated relative to the receptacle to cause the shoulders to slide relative to the ramps so as to direct the LED assembly into the receptacle. When the LED assembly is attached to the receptacle, the terminals on the LED assembly mate with the contacts on the receptacle.

Exemplary drone operations support base embodiments disclosed herein may be used to shelter, repower, and/or service drones associated therewith. A drone operations support base may include an enclosure with an entryway that permits drone ingress and egress with respect to the enclosure. Drone launching/landing, drone storage and drone power source repowering areas may be associated with a given drone base. A transfer device may be provided to move drones between the various drone base areas. The transfer device may also be adapted to transfer drone power sources between the drone repowering area and drones located elsewhere within the drone base for repowering of the power sources and of the drones.

A drone operations support base may include an enclosure with an entryway that permits drone ingress and egress with respect to the enclosure. Drone launching/landing, drone storage and drone power source repowering areas may be associated with a given drone base. A transfer device may be provided to move drones between the various drone base areas. The transfer device may also be adapted to transfer drone power sources between the drone repowering area and drones located elsewhere within the drone base for repowering of the power sources and of the drones.

A lamp, a lamp driver and a lamp lighting system are provided. The lamp includes a lamp housing and a plug connector fixed on the lamp housing, wherein the plug connector includes a plug insulator, a plug terminal group and at least one buckle, the plug insulator includes multiple plug side walls and a plug bottom wall, the multiple plug side walls enclose to form a docking chamber for docking with a socket connector of a lamp driver, the plug terminal group is mounted on the plug bottom wall and is exposed in the docking chamber; the buckle is connected with one plug side wall and forms a V-shaped structure with an outer surface of the plug side wall, and the buckle is configured to fix the plug connector in the socket connector.

A system may comprise a dock. The dock may comprise a front. The front may include a front side, wherein a plurality of connectors are disposed on the front side and wherein the plurality of connectors accept external cables, and a rear side, wherein the rear side includes a plurality of extenders and wherein each one of the plurality of extenders connects to one of the plurality of connectors. The dock may comprise a rear including an aperture to allow for insertion of a computing device, wherein the plurality of extenders correspond with and connect to one of a connector on the computing device.

A system may comprise a dock. The dock may comprise a front. The front may include a front side, wherein a plurality of connectors are disposed on the front side and wherein the plurality of connectors accept external cables, and a rear side, wherein the rear side includes a plurality of extenders and wherein each one of the plurality of extenders connects to one of the plurality of connectors. The dock may comprise a rear including an aperture to allow for insertion of a computing device, wherein the plurality of extenders correspond with and connect to one of a connector on the computing device.

An embodiment of a fastener includes a first mechanical part, the first mechanical part including at least a stud portion, the first mechanical part including a first electrical connector; a second mechanical part, the second mechanical part including at least a socket portion with a spring element and the socket portion, the second mechanical part including a second electrical connector. The stud portion of the first mechanical part and the socket portion of second mechanical part, if separated, are to interlock upon the application of a first force towards each other, and, if interlocked, to separate upon the application of a second force away from each other. The first electrical connector and the second electrical connector are to be electrically connected when the first mechanical part and the mechanical part are interlocked, and first electrical connector and the second electrical connector are to be disconnected when the first mechanical part and second mechanical part are separated.
