Connecting element having a recessed portion on top of one end and a recessed portion on bottom of the other end
The present invention relates to a connecting element for electrical and mechanical connection of electronics modules. The connecting element includes a base part having a receptacle area that serves to hold an electronics module, wherein the receptacle area has first electrical contact points for the electrical connection of the connecting element to electrical contact points of the electronics module. The base part includes a first end region having a first recessed section on the top side and has a second end region having a second recessed section on the bottom side. Second electrical contact points for connecting to further connecting elements are disposed on the top side of the first recessed section and on the bottom side of the second recessed section. The recessed sections are designed such that the end regions of connecting elements that are located next to each other can be positioned opposite one another in such a way that the top sides of the connecting elements are located on a plane and the bottom sides of the connecting elements are located on another plane. The second electrical contact points are disposed in such a way that the connecting elements can be positioned at different angles (a) with respect to one another. The invention also relates to an electronic module arrangement having at least one connecting element and an electronics module disposed in the receptacle area of the connecting element.
Brush box for electric machine brush-holder and corresponding brush-holder
A brush box (23) for a brush-holder, which is useful as a housing for an electric machine brush (25). The brush box (23) comprises a lower portion (56) for guiding the brush, connected to a mounting (60), and an upper portion (58) for guiding the brush, the lower (56) and upper (58) guiding portions being open on the side of a front surface (35) and a rear surface of the brush (25). The lower (56) and upper (58) guiding portions are separated from one another by a space (61) enabling a braid of the brush (25) to pass through.
Hinge pin with electrical connection through a cylindrical pin body
A hinge pin includes a pin body, a first electrical connector located at a first end of the pin body, a second electrical connector located at a second end of the pin body, and electrical conductors that electrically connect the first electrical connector and the second electrical connector. The hinge pin may be incorporated in a hinge to connect a first hinge part and a second hinge part for rotation. The hinge may be incorporated in an apparatus in which first and second wire harnesses are connected to the first and second electrical connectors of the hinge pin by third and fourth electrical connectors.
Sensor system with a rotatable electrical outlet
A sensor system for measuring pressure, temperature, force, or fill level, whereby an electrical plug connection is made especially robust and reliable for frequent, cyclic pivoting movements.
AC generator slip ring device
An AC generator slip ring device including a shaft supported by a front and rear bracket, and a rotor on the inner circumferential side of a stator; a sleeve fixed to an end portion on the rear bracket side of the shaft; and a conductive ring retained on the outer circumferential side of the sleeve. The device also includes a partition ring on the outer circumferential side of the sleeve having one end portion fixed to the rear bracket and the other end portion has a first flange projected in the outer diameter direction; a second flange provided on the side opposite to the rear bracket of the sleeve, having an annular wall with a concave portion, the end surface of the annular wall opposing the first flange of the partition ring; and a flat portion formed on an outer circumferential portion of the annular wall of the second flange.
Slip ring having a liquid metal contact between a stationary element and a rotatable element
A slip ring assembly includes a stationary element, a rotatable element rotatable relative to the stationary element, and a liquid metal contact electrically coupling the rotatable element to the stationary element. The liquid metal contact includes a metallic material having a melting temperature that is less than zero degrees Celsius and a boiling temperature that is greater than four-hundred degrees Celsius to electrically couple an electrical device fixed relative to the rotatable element to an electrical device fixed relative to the stationary element through the liquid metal contact.
Connector and data cable
A connector and a data cable are provided, the connector includes a first and second electrical connection structure that can be relatively rotated and electrically connected. The first electrical connection structure includes an electrical connection body and a fixing portion, and the electrical connection body includes a plug and a first conductive board. The fixing portion includes a connecting member and a sleeve member, and the sleeve member is sleeved to the first and second electrical connection structure. At least the second electrical connection structure is rotatably connected to the sleeve member. The connecting member is at least partially accommodated in the sleeve member, which increases the stability and safety thereof, prevent the loosening of components due to frequent rotation or bending of the connector, reduces the likelihood of accidental disconnection, minimizes the risk of connector damage, and facilitates the installation and assembly process of the connector.
Slip ring and slip ring unit having a slip ring
A slip ring includes a dielectric carrier body having a circumferential lateral surface and radially oriented feed-through leads, a first conductive element, and a second conductive element. In a first section, the conductive elements extend in parallel at an axial offset on the lateral surface in the circumferential direction, and in a second section, they extend in the feed-through leads with a radial directional component. The first sections extend in the circumferential direction across a first angular dimension of less than 360, so that a discontinuity is present along the circumferential direction of the conductive elements in a second angular dimension. The feed-through leads are arranged such that the second angular dimension of the first conductive element is situated at an offset from the second angular dimension of the second conductive element in the circumferential direction, the first and the second conductive elements being electrically connected to each other.
Cable wire brushing connector
An electrical connector includes a body having a bore and an interior surface. The bore is sized to receive a cable conductor of an electrical power cable. The body includes a groove disposed along a length of the interior surface. A wire brush insert is located within the groove and includes a plurality of bristles that extend into at least a portion of the bore. Rotating the cable wire brushing connector relative to the cable conductor cleans the cable conductor prior to securing the cable conductor within the cable wire brushing connector.
