Brush type contact material and manufacturing method for the same
The present invention relates to a brush type contact material, including one or more curved metal pawls of which ends come into contact with objects to be contacted. The ends of the pawls have an arc-like cross section in a thickness direction, a curvature radius R1 on a front side from a contact point with the object to be contacted and a curvature radius R2 on a back side from the contact point are formed so as to be R1R2, and also both ends in a width direction of the pawl are chamfered. At this time, preferably, R1 is larger than R2 (R1>R2), and R1 divided by R2 (R1/R2) is 3.0 or less. The brush type contact material according to the present invention enables a smoother sliding movement than ever before and can be relatively simply manufactured.
Electrical connection system with annular contact
An electrical connector system includes a socket component and a plug component. The socket component includes a contact region, a first socket contact centrally located within the circular contact region, and a second socket contact radially offset from the first socket contact by a first distance. The plug component includes a plug having a plug face, a first plug contact centrally located substantially within the circular plug face, and an annular, elastically deformable conductor having a radius approximately equal to the first distance which functions as a second plug contact. The socket contact region is configured to mate with the plug face to provide electrical continuity, in a connected state, between the first socket contact and the first plug contact, and to provide electrical continuity between the second socket contact and the second plug contact.
Motor power feed wiring structure having a vehicle body-side power feed wire rotatably connected to a motor-side power feed wire
A motor power feed wire routing structure for an in-wheel motor driven wheel includes an electrical connection that electrically connects a motor side feed wire extending from the motor and a vehicle body-side feed wire extending from a vehicle mounted power source such that the vehicle body-side feed wire is rotatably connected relative to the motor side feed wire. The electrical connection mechanism is disposed on the knuckle outside of a space of a wheel recess of the wheel. The configuration allows reduction of whirling of the vehicle body-side wire during steering operation.
Power supply socket with vibration touch keys
The present disclosure discloses a power supply socket with vibration touch keys, and relates to a touch power supply socket used on an electric kettle and a coffee pot. The power supply socket comprises a face shell, a bottom cover, a lower connector, a control circuit board and a power cord, wherein the inner side of the face shell is provided with a vibration motor installing groove, a vibration motor is installed in the vibration motor installing groove, the vibration surface of the vibration motor is in close contact with the bottom plane of the vibration motor installing groove, the vibration motor is electrically connected with the control circuit board, and the vibration motor has synchronous vibration signal feedback when a finger touches a key. The key of the present disclosure has good waterproof, dustproof, LED light guiding and vibrating effects.
Rotating assembly for electrically coupling a lift unit to a power source
An overhead lift apparatus includes a mounting structure and a rotatable assembly configured to attach a lift unit to the mounting structure. The rotatable assembly is rotatable with respect to the mounting structure about an axis of rotation. The apparatus also includes a rotatable electrical interface disposed in the rotatable assembly, the rotatable electrical interface comprises a static portion and a rotatable portion attached to the rotatable assembly such that the rotatable portion rotates in conjunction with the rotatable assembly. The apparatus also includes a first electrical connector extending from the static portion to a power source connector configured to be connected to an external power source for the lift unit. A second electrical connector extends from the rotatable portion such that the rotatable electrical interface is configured to provide power from the power source to an end of the second electrical connector via the first electrical connector.

Guide wire and method for manufacturing guide wire
A connector is provided with a holding component, a support component, a terminal electrically connected to a contact of a guide wire held by the holding component, and a guide component rotatable around an axial line of the guide wire with respect to the support component. The holding component is provided with a body having an insertion hole for the guide wire and a holding piece extending along an axial line of the insertion hole from the body and capable of being elastically deformed inward in a radial direction with respect to the axial line. The guide component has a guide surface guiding the holding piece inward in the radial direction. The holding component is slid along the axis line of the insertion hole with respect to the guide component, whereby the holding piece abuts on the guide surface to be elastically deformed inward in the radial direction.
