MOVING DEVICE POWER FEEDING DEVICE
A terminal accommodating portion is disposed on a front side or a rear side in a traveling direction of the wheel that travels between the pair of side walls of a rail, and is attached to the moving device. A power receiving terminal receives electric power to be fed to a secondary battery, and is provided to be movable along a width direction. A terminal receiving portion is groove-shaped and is provided in one side wall of the rail, and the power receiving terminal configured to move along the width direction of the moving device is inserted into the terminal receiving portion. A power transmitting terminal is disposed on a surface, inside the terminal receiving portion, on which the power receiving terminal slides during movement, is present over a longitudinal direction of the rail, and comes into contact with and transmit power to the power receiving terminal.
Linearly moveable sliding contact element having transport device and production method
Disclosed is a linearly moveable sliding contact element having a transport device. Linearly moveable sliding contact elements of this type having a transport device are required to electrically contact conductor paths of circuit boards with one another, the circuit boards being oriented in parallel with one another and arranged above one another. In addition, the sliding contact element is arranged on a spindle of the transport device having an outer thread. Via a rotation of the transport device, the sliding contact element can be moved in a linear manner along the spindle by the outer thread. A first bearing and a second bearing are provided at the ends of the spindle. The bearings permit a mounting of the transport device between two circuit boards arranged in parallel with one another.

CONNECTORS FOR SMART WINDOWS
This disclosure provides connectors for smart windows. A smart window may incorporate an optically switchable pane. In one aspect, a window unit includes an insulated glass unit including an optically switchable pane. A wire assembly may be attached to the edge of the insulated glass unit and may include wires in electrical communication with electrodes of the optically switchable pane. A floating connector may be attached to a distal end of the wire assembly. The floating connector may include a flange and a nose, with two holes in the flange for affixing the floating connector to a first frame. The nose may include a terminal face that present two exposed contacts of opposite polarity.

CONTACT DEVICE
A contact device for transmitting electrical energy from a preferably spatially fixed busbar to a tap-off bar, movable along the busbar, including: at least one connecting housing, the busbar being mechanically connected to the tap-off bar by connecting housing, at least one combi clip, the combi clip brought into engagement with part of the outer periphery of the connecting housing in a mechanically releasable manner and establishing a mechanical connection between the connecting housing and a connecting bracket.

Vehicle-Mounted Block Heater Cord Extender with Extendable Arm and Wireless Warning Unit
A block heater cord extender features a frame for mounting to a vehicle, a female electrical socket carried on the frame for receiving a male plug of the vehicle's block heater cord, and an extendable/retractable arm having a proximal end movably mounted to the frame. The arm is extendable and retractable in length, and carries an electrical plug at its distal end for mating with a mains power electrical outlet. Circuitry of the extender includes a wireless transmitter arranged activated by the mains power supply when the extender is plugged in. The transmitter sends a signal to a separate warning unit placed inside the vehicle, which reminds a vehicle operator to unplug the extender before driving away.
