COVER FOR HIGH VOLTAGE ELECTRICAL CONNECTOR
20210376499 · 2021-12-02 ·

A locking mechanism particularly adapted to lock a cover of an electrical connector which connects an electrical transmission conductor to a distribution conductor. The locking mechanism includes a tip portion, a spiral portion, a holding portion, and an engagement portion, where the tip portion has a smaller cross-sectional area than the spiral portion and where the engagement portion is a widest portion of the locking mechanism. The present invention is also directed to a method of using the locking mechanism to lock the cover, as well as to a cover system which includes the locking mechanism and the cover engaged such that the cover is locked.

REMOVABLE ELECTRICAL CONNECTORS AND DEVICES

Flexible electrical connectors are provided to electrically connect electronic devices. The flexible electrical connector includes a removable adhesive tape strip having an adhesive surface thereof and an electrically conductive trace disposed on the adhesive tape strip. The flexible electrical connector engages an electronic device to form an electrical contact where the adhesive tape strip has an adhesive surface removably adhesively bonded to the substrate of the electronic device to at least partially cover the electrical contact.

WORK CONTENT DETECTION DETERMINATION DEVICE, WORK CONTENT DETECTION DETERMINATION SYSTEM, AND WEARABLE SENSOR EMBEDDED GLOVE

A work detection determination system performs detection determination on a work with high accuracy.

The work detection determination system includes a glove that is worn on a hand of a worker and includes a microphone detecting a work sound of a hand operation in which the hand works on a work target through a contact of the hand with the work target, a pressure sensor detecting a pressure of a work of the hand operation, a motion sensor detecting a motion of the hand operation, and a transmitting unit transmitting a sound signal of the microphone, a pressure signal of the pressure sensor, and a motion signal of the motion sensor; a receiving unit that receives the sound signal, the pressure signal, and the motion signal transmitted from the transmitting unit; a work determination unit that performs detection determination of a work content of the worker by using the sound signal, the pressure signal, and the motion signal; and a notification unit that notifies a determination result of the work determination unit.

STRUCTURE OF CONNECTION OF CABLE AND CIRCUIT BOARD, ASSEMBLY METHOD, AND CONNECTOR

A structure of a connection of a cable and a circuit board, an assembly method, and a connector are provided. The structure of the connection of the cable and the circuit board is applied to connecting the cable and the circuit board. The cable is soldered onto the circuit board. The structure of the connection of the cable and the circuit board further includes a housing. The housing is mounted on the circuit board and covers bonding pads and/or non-bonding pad areas of the cable and the circuit board. A clearance is reserved between the opposite sides of the housing and the cable, or the opposite sides of the housing and the cable are attached to each other, or a covering layer is padded between the opposite sides of the housing and the cable.

Method of preventing moisture intrusion through the cable exit of an enclosure comprising terminals

Systems, devices, and methods including: a cable; a housing having a tapered exit hole connected to an internal volume; a tapered seal having a tapered outer surface and an inner aperture, where the inner aperture of the tapered seal receives the cable; an encapsulant disposed in the internal volume and about one or more wires of the cable; and a compression cap placed over the tapered seal and about a flange of the housing to compress the tapered seal into the tapered exit hole; where compression from the compression cap forces the encapsulant up inside the cable and around the one or more wires of the cable, and where curing of the encapsulant seals the cable from moisture incursion.

Dust cover for an electrical connector in an electronic control unit (ECU) assembly

An ECU assembly includes one or more electrical connectors received in a protective cover. The cover includes an introduction aperture through which the connector or connectors can be introduced into the cover, and at least one connection aperture through which the or each connector is connected to the ECU. A retaining portion of the cover at each connection aperture is interposed between the respective connector and the ECU to retain the cover to the ECU in its use position.

Light engine based on silicon photonics TSV interposer

A method for forming a silicon photonics interposer having through-silicon vias (TSVs). The method includes forming vias in a front side of a silicon substrate and defining primary structures for forming optical devices in the front side. Additionally, the method includes bonding a first handle wafer to the front side and thinning down the silicon substrate from the back side and forming bumps at the back side to couple with a conductive material in the vias. Furthermore, the method includes bonding a second handle wafer to the back side and debonding the first handle wafer from the front side to form secondary structures based on the primary structures. Moreover, the method includes forming pads at the front side to couple with the bumps at the back side before completing final structures based on the secondary structures and debonding the second handle wafer from the back side.
