An electromagnetic rail brake device of a rail vehicle having at least one brake magnet which has a magnet coil body and at least one magnetic core, and wherein the magnet coil body carries at least one magnet coil winding, and having an electric connector device, by way of which the at least one magnet coil winding is supplied with current, wherein the electric connector device has at least one pin-shaped electric connector body which is connected via a releasable electric connection to at least one current-conducting electric cable which is guided from the outside to the at least one pin-shaped connector body in relation to the brake magnet. The at least one pin-shaped electric connector body may be arranged on a free and outer surface of the magnet coil body or an element which is connected to the magnet coil body.
On-board power supply connector
On-board power supply connector, in particular for high-voltage on-board power supplies, comprising, a first connection part arranged in a first housing part, the first housing part having a longitudinal extension along a longitudinal axis and having an end-face opening, and the first connection part being mounted in the first housing part such that it can move along the longitudinal axis, a second connection part arranged in a second housing part, the second housing part having a longitudinal extension along a longitudinal axis and having an end-face opening, characterized in that, in the connected state of the connector, a fastening lever which can be pivoted about an axis perpendicular to the longitudinal axis is arranged on one of the housing parts and, in the connected state of the connector, engages with a fastening means on the other housing part, wherein, in the connected state of the connector, the longitudinal axes of the first and second housing parts extend collinearly and the second housing part is fixed relative to the first housing part at least in the longitudinal direction and the second connection part is in mechanical contact with the first connection part, characterized in that the first connection part is resiliently mounted in the first housing part along the longitudinal axis by a spring element.
ELECTRICAL CONNECTOR ASSEMBLY, SOCKET ELECTRICAL CONNECTOR CABLE ASSEMBLY, AND PLUG ELECTRICAL CONNECTOR CABLE ASSEMBLY
An electrical connector assembly includes a socket electrical connector cable assembly and a plug electrical connector cable assembly. The socket electrical connector cable assembly includes a socket connector, a socket front housing, a socket rear housing, a socket outer molding, and a socket cable. The socket rear housing covers the front side of the socket connector. The socket outer molding is positioned on the outer side of the socket connector. The socket cable is connected to the socket terminal. The plug electrical connector cable assembly includes a plug connector, a plug outer molding, and a plug cable. The plug outer molding is positioned on the rear side of the plug connector and has a plug outer molding waterproof portion. A socket terminal of the socket electrical connector cable assembly is connected to a plug terminal of the plug electrical connector cable assembly.
SPECIAL- SHAPED JOINT
A special-shaped joint includes at least one connection terminal (1) for connecting an electrical device, and at least one wire (4). The connection terminal is connected to a core (2) of the wire. The special-shaped joint has a simple structure and is easy to assemble. An included angle between the connection terminal and the core is greater than 0 degree and smaller than 180 degrees, so that the special-shaped joint can be applied to an electrical device with a specific connection requirement for the included angle between the connection terminal and the wire, thus having a wide application range.
Connector for high-frequency transmissions in the automotive field, impedance improving element, connection assembly, method of improving the impedance in a connector
A connector including a contact element arranged in an interior of the connector and contacting an electrical connection element and an impedance improving element located at a side of the electrical connection element. The impedance improving element has a reception channel through which the contact element extends and a deformation section adapted to be deformed at least one of radially and axially.
Quick connector with spherical interface
A quick connect assembly having a male terminal with a plurality of circumferentially arrayed and elongated beams including forward-most arcuate projecting and outer diameter defining portions. A female terminal has a housing exhibiting an inner diameter inlet communicating with an interior arcuate and expanded extending recess which matches a profile defined by the outer diameter beam portions. A forwardly spring biased plug is displaceably supported within the female terminal housing and includes a forward most projecting snout portion which, upon installation of the male to female terminals, the projecting snout portion of the plug seats between the male beams, preventing unintended collapse and remove of the male beams from within the female housing.
Connector system and electrical circuit for connector position assurance member
A connector position assurance (CPA) member for assuring the engagement of a first connector housing with a second connector housing. The CPA member includes terminals which can conduct electricity through a conductor in the second connector housing when the CPA member is at a full-lock position, due to a closed electrical circuit. The terminals of the CPA member cannot conduct electricity through the conductor in the second connector housing when the CPA member is at a pre-lock position due to an open electrical circuit.
Locking connector cable secureness attachment assemblies and methods for protecting electrical connections in a hazardous environment
A connector assembly for protecting electrical connections in a hazardous environment is provided. The connector assembly includes a first connector, a plug casting, and an elongated mesh grip. The plug casting circumscribes and is secured onto the first connector. The elongated mesh grip is coupled to the plug casting, the mesh grip including a mesh sized to surround the electrical cable, the mesh including a first end and a second end. The mesh has a diameter that is a transverse diameter of a channel defined by the mesh and configured to receive an electrical cable therethrough, wherein the diameter of the mesh decreases when one of the first and second ends of the mesh is pulled away from the other of the first and second ends of the mesh.
