Electrical connection between a first conductor and a second conductor
An electrical connection comprises a first conductor and a second conductor electrically connected to the first conductor. The first conductor has a first contact section with a first contact face laterally delimited by a first side face. The second conductor has a second contact section with a second contact face surrounded by a rim having a second side face. The second side face limits a contact space above the second contact face and the first contact face is arranged on the second contact face. A reservoir space is arranged between the first side face of the first contact face and the second side face of the rim, the reservoir space surrounds the first contact face and a sealing material is arranged in the reservoir space. The sealing material forms a sealing ring that seals an interface between the first contact face and the second contact face.
CONNECTOR
A connector includes a male terminal (10) having a tubular terminal contact (20) open in a front-rear direction. A resin molded portion (50) is molded to the terminal contact (20). A wire (W) is pulled out rearward from the male terminal (10), and a sleeve (60) covers a core (W1) exposed in front of the wire (W). The resin molded portion (50) includes a shaft (51) inside the terminal contact (20), an insulating portion (52) projecting forward from a front of the shaft (51), a flange (53) protruding radially outward from a rear end of the shaft (51), and two locking portions (57) on a periphery of the flange (53). The flange (53) enters a concavity (64) of the sleeve (60) from one side, and two locked portions (65) provided on an inner wall of the concavity (64) lock the locking portions (57) from the other side.
ELECTRICAL PLUG CONNECTOR FOR A BUSBAR
The present invention relates to an electrical plug connector for an electrical connection system. The electrical plug connector comprises a plug connector housing comprising a housing body and a busbar portion. The busbar portion is at least partially accommodated in the plug connector housing. The busbar portion includes a busbar conductor, and a busbar end which is integrally formed with the busbar conductor. The busbar end includes a connection portion that is configured for being plugged to a mating connector to establish an electrical connection. The busbar end further includes a retention means which is configured to engage with a corresponding retention means to receive pull forces being imposed on the busbar portion in a direction opposite to a mating direction. The plug connector housing has a corresponding retention means that engages with the retention means when the busbar portion is at least partially accommodated in the plug connector housing.
BULLET-TYPE CONNECTORS, PRINTED CIRCUIT BOARD ASSEMBLIES, AND METHODS
A bullet-type connector includes an axially compressible housing, a central conductor, and a dielectric mount. The axially compressible housing is compressible in an axial direction at least 2.5% of an overall length of the axially compressible housing. The central conductor defines a first female connecting end and a second female connecting end, the central conductor being positioned within the axially compressible housing. The dielectric mount mounts the central conductor within the axially compressible housing.
ELECTRICAL JUNCTION BOX
An electrical junction box includes a frame body, a rescue terminal portion formed in a rectangular parallelepiped shape in a plan view and including a longitudinal side face, two lateral side faces connected to the longitudinal side face, and an upper face, a resin cover configured to cover the longitudinal side face, the two lateral side faces and the upper face. The resin cover includes a rotary shaft extending along the longitudinal side face and provided on a side where the longitudinal side face is provided and on a base end portion of the rescue terminal portion opposite to the upper face, the resin cover being configured to rotate with respect to the frame body about the rotary shaft.
PLUG CONNECTOR WITH SCREW CONNECTION
Plug-in connection, comprising a plug-in connector (1) and a mating plug-in connector that can be plugged together with the latter, wherein the plug-in connector (1) has a housing (2) into which an electrical conductor (3) is inserted, wherein the electrical conductor (3) is electrically contacted with a contact partner (4), likewise arranged in the housing (2), by means of their surfaces coming to rest on each other, wherein the contact partner (4) is contacted, in particular via its circumferential end face (5), with a contact partner of the mating plug-in connector in such a way that the end faces come to rest on each other, and the plug-in connector (1) and mating plug-in connector are plugged together, wherein this plugging-together is effected and supported by a tightening means, in particular a screw (6), wherein an insulation, in particular an insulating element (12) or a coating of the screw (6), is provided, wherein this insulation has the effect that the crew (6) does not touch voltage-carrying parts such as the electrical conductor (3) and/or the contact partner (4).
CONCENTRIC CONDUCTOR
The present disclosure provides a concentric conductor for conducting electrical power from a source to a receiving system or load. The concentric conductor includes one or more conducting tubes interior to an outer tube, extending concentrically around a central axis.
